What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach offers a wide range of features that make it a strong tool for email marketing, from personalization to automation. Once set up, it’s reliable and easy to use for day-to-day campaigns, though the initial implementation and learning curve can take some time. Customer support is helpful, and integrations work well, but using the more advanced tools can require extra effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most about Bloomreach is that the setup and learning curve can feel a bit heavy at first. Some of the advanced features aren’t immediately intuitive, and it takes extra time and effort to fully take advantage of everything the platform offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach is helping us solve the challenge of reaching the right audience with the right message at the right time. By unifying customer data and offering strong personalization and automation tools, it makes our email campaigns more targeted and effective. This has led to better engagement, time savings in campaign creation, and clearer insights into what’s driving results.

What do you like best about the product?
The Bloomreach interface is very intuitive. In addition, the account management team are very knowledgeable about the product and suggests ways to improve usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't come across any quite yet, so far, so good.

Automating audience creation and calculating lifetime value

What do you like best about the product?
Personally i am very technical so i'd like the fact that my teammembers that aren't as technical can also use Bloomreach with ease. The time to market is very quick so we create campaigns on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a tool that has a focus on the marketeer with a great UI it tends to be a little less dynamic with changes revolving around the datamodel. Besides that the event usage and storage can increase rather quick if you really start to use Bloomreach to its potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a tool that was able to create new campaigns, weblayers or other communication really quick to be competitive. This tool helps us be the dynamic brand in the market that we would like to be.

It's power to be responsive and process a huge amount of real-time data at an impressive speed.

Some features like email preview are not perfect since it is evolving so fast and the reality of all email boxes and devices changes everyday.

Definitely worth leveraging!

It streamlines automation for email, SMS, and push notifications, reducing manual work while increasing engagement. The platform also optimizes e-commerce search and product recommendations, which improves conversion rates and customer lifetime value. Overall, it allows me to deliver more relevant, data-driven experiences for customers while saving time on campaign management.

Despite its immense underlying power, the platform remains accessible and is not intimidating to use.

On the infrequent occasions when assistance was required, the support team's performance was phenomenal. They consistently responded with remarkable speed, offering clear and effective solutions. A notable frustration is the difficulty in combining different data events into a single, cohesive report, which can hinder a truly holistic view of campaign performance and may require exporting data to a separate BI tool. Furthermore, the initial implementation can be a complex, resource-intensive undertaking (but this certainly is due to complex data structure indite the organisation, not the tool).

What do you dislike about the product?
In the "Suggest API", the variant price and image don't match. I've discussed this with BR team. They'll address this.

Users of my website will see best results based on their behavior. This will really help increasing the revenue. My merchandizing team can make buckets of the facets. they can use dynamic categories to help targeting best products for any category results.

Bloomreach has been essential in helping to expand business capabilities as it relates to search and SEO on our ecommerce website. They also have great technical support if you run into any issues with your particular setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bloomreach can be technically hard to integrate. If you're using it to power your search functionality, careful consideration must be taken to ensure the data in both your website databases and Bloomreach is kept in sync to prevent mismatches on your listing and product detail pages.

Our marketing teams are able to deliver an improved and more curated search experience to our web customers. We are also able to maximize or SEO impact with Bloomreach SEO tools.
