Automation, segmentation and marketing optimization under one roof
What do you like best about the product?
You can dynamically change / add / edit content on your website and use A/B testing very effectively without programmers. It's easier to create e-mail campaigns in 9 different countries comparing to other tools on market (eg. Mailchimp, Getresponse...). We have created new reports which helped us to analyze marketing more then Google Analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration was a bit tricky and took a more time then we expected, but people from Exponea did a great work during our 2-months warm-up process. It took a 1-2 months until you will find out how to fully use this platform.

The best newsletter automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to send highly targeted and relevant newsletter campaigns and website banner offers. The segmentation and automation process is far more advanced and user-friendly than any other competitor that we have used before (e.g. Mailchimp, Getresponse). We have seen positive ROI in less than 3 months.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exponea needs time to learn, especially when creating segments and reports, but the customer support is very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Exponea for advanced customer segmentation and email campaigns automation. We increased both our revenue and conversion rates by using Exponea.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of Exponea is the reason why I think this marketing cloud is one of the best performers in the industry. If you have the right approach, it is easy and intuitive to create actionable reports and custom made funnels. I enjoy the ease of use and the dashboards - you can set up a table with dimensions, tailored metrics, breakdowns and run reports within minutes. It enables me to split different traffic and conversion variables and report on large sums of data to dive deeper and see the key trends that affect our website.

It takes some time to start enjoying the full power of the tool - you need to work with the tool on a daily basis.

We use Exponea as an e-mailing platform. It has very comfortable and easy-to-use interface. We expect much more in the future with a deeper implmentation into our web.

Standard campaigns takes too long to realize. flexibility of Exponea is great for ad-hoc campiagns that need to be done quickly

There are 3 things I like the most: 1) The complexity of the software 2) The automation and integration with our current CRM system / backend 3) It is absolutely easy to use!

Real-time analytics done easy
What do you like best about the product?
Exponea provides complex analysis that updates real-time, with easy to follow integration. Comparing to other products on the market, the only better option is running your own analytics infra, but you would need entire team taking care of that. With exponea, anybody on the team can quickly create data visualizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being real-time, your data has to follow certain rules - there are no joins, data has to be processed in linear time. There are easy workarounds for this and Exponea people help us with use cases on how to follow these rules.

We use it as primary analytics tool for our free to play game, recently we also tried it for creating segmentations and running scenarios activating special offers for our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Exponea integrates many marketing activities into one system and is getting better over time quickly. Automatizations such as triggered actions, e-mails or smart A/B testing are allowing us to address the customer more consistently and effectivelly. The campaign editor is intuitive, super-easy to use and yet so powerful - frankly, when I saw it for the first time, I just said wow. And yeah, the system is still pretty fast overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we were probably one of the first customers using Exponea (back when it was called Infinario), first integrations were not seamless. But it was tackled really well by Exponea team and the product was getting better literally day by day. Also, the more data it collects, the more options you have how to use them - but the database of events is also growing fast in that event and you can easily run over quotas. Luckily, the team has always been kind and found a way how to solve it together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used few systems to direct-mail and approach our customers - including in-house built and 3rd party systems. It was hard (and many times impossible) to keep them in sync and they also missed some advanced features. Exponea integrated all this together into one product, get us rid of managing few more databases and now enables us to give our customers more seamless experience. Custom dashboards and integrations with 3rd party apps as Slack are proving to be quite useful for our marketing team, too.

What do you like best about the product?
In Exponea there are many ways how reach your goal. Within a few clicks you can see results of your campaigns. I like very much real time results and statistics about people in funels. Also I like the way how you can easily add dynamic parts to e-mail templates what do from your e-mail very personal things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I strongly believe that it is only temporary thing, but nowadays (june 2017) an editor for e-mail templates is a little bit buggy. Everything else what I use works fine and I'm fully satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to the Exponea, we are able to send personalized emails to customer where both content and the sending time is personalized. We can offer them services which can be interesting for them what Exponea knows from data. We also track and evaluate the success od these campaigns with Exponea.
