Advanced marketing tool & top-notch customer service

What do you like best about the product?
We primarily use the pop up banner campaigns. There are a plethora of web layer templates to choose from for any given onsite incentive: leaderboard, survey subscription, countdown banner and many more. The customer service is reliable and fast, they are very helpful regarding the technology and business point of view. Other things to mention in bullet points:
comprehensive analytics & dashboards
ease of use
updates communicated in the campaign dashboard
wide 3rd party application support
recommendations

Recommendations to others considering the product
A bit pricey, but worth the investment. If you are looking for full-stack marketing automation solution from big players, Exponea should be on the list.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything has been working fine so far, therefore as far as I am concerned, will use the software in future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exponea makes traffic monitoring easy and sweepstakes performance. We have experienced success with using its services in combination with paid advertising campaigns. Marketing automation also saves a lot of time to have everything in one place, in a handy package.

What do you like best about the product?
Exponea allows us to increase the amount and quality of our outreach to potential and existing ecommerce clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features can be difficult to master and you need a proper training to explore all the Exponea capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E-mail automatization and newsletter segmantation has helped us to understand what customers are looking for and has improved our sales funnel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you know exactly what do you want to archive with marketing automation tool that will help you to select the right software. Your due diligence should be as through as possible since Exponea is quite complex and offers number of different features.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration of all customer activities in one system
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not every minute MySQL integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started use Exponea for our product issues. It helps us to run and evaluate AB-tests and pilots, analyze statistics to create hypotheses.
I have a case when I develop and release feature for 2 minutes after arrangement during meeting. Top managers were amazed.
Marketers always comes to us with fires asses and screams like "we need it now". And now we can it.

What do you like best about the product?
The endless possibilities in this tool are mind blowing. Driving up conversion is easier than ever!
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up scenario's can be quite a challenge when you have little experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have our custom recommendation engine to help our customers select wines they might like. In addition, A/B testing our marketing outings is really easy and effective.

When it comes to Marketing Automation we've learned, as many times before, that the tool itself is not your biggest concern. Clear idea of what do you want to achieve and human resources to do that are.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to set up scenario's to automate your marketing communication flow. In addition, we have created and implemented highly advanced recommendation models together with Exponea which boosts our sales. The service is great as well, always a friendly and fast response.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you are new with the program, some functionalities can be hard to understand. Luckily the support team was always willing to setup call so we could discuss our user case issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have setup a recommendation model to recommend wines that people are bound to love, based on ratings and other personal data. In addition, we were able to automate our marketing communication flow so that we do not have to send out 'standard' emails and other communication by hand anymore.

What do you like best about the product?
I used to work with many marketing automation tools in the past such as Marketo, Eloqua or Pardot, but Exponea was totally the best solution for our business needs. It's one of the most complex tools which provides us with amazing 1:1 personal communication to our targets. Exponea si truly the future of marketing cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing really specific I dislike about this platform. You may think firstly that it's hard to implement this platform for your needs but once you start using this tool you discover unlimited options it provides you with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a growing Saas startup creating social media tool for marketing agencies and their clients and Exponea helped us to boost our conversion rates from our landing pages and increase acquisition ROI by delivering the right messages to the right people at the right time.

What do you like best about the product?
Exponea is the most robust and customisable marketing automation tool there is ; their platform really excel in its ability to cater for any business data needs; from creating custom funnels, to zeroing in on specific interactions in the customer journey, to 3D reports with complex variances, the options that are available in the is platform are breathtaking.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not the easiest platform to learn, and at times the learning curve can be steep. Its wealth of options and custom tools means that users needs some time before one to excel and learn about the hidden ins and outs of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to craft CRM and marketing solutions and campaigns around the data and visualizations that are captured from Exponea. Its Mailgun service is excellent for campaigns; with efficent delivery mechanisms, and its complex integrations with third-party services like Facebook Ads and Google Ad Words also makes it a holistic tool for marketing and engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For a good alternative to Adobe Marketing Cloud, with more options and customizabilities, Exponea is the way to go for marketing automation, A/B Tests, and data analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
I like working with Exponea as a programmer. It gives me full control of what is show on page and how can we handle such events. I like how Exponea automate daily task. If you are about to create new weblayers or subscribe buttons, also you want to A/B test it, Exponea gives you full control about everything. You can use your own HTML/CSS/JavaScript (jQuery) style and it's even Jinja positive. Absolute top!
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating reviews is hard if you don't know everything about your website and what are you tracking. But once you manage to beat it, the final form is awesome and good to watch. If you are new to Exponea, they will help you with everything with patience and friendship.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A/B testing, marketing automation, automation of the tasks, digital anlytics, reviews, reports, customer tracking, event tracking, newsletter tool, scenarios and automations for newsletters, pop-ups, weblayers, etc...

Just try it and if you like it, take it!

What do you like best about the product?
Impressive ability to view people's data and how they interacted with your website. You can create custom metrics, user journey flows and are able to track events that are usually harder to track via GA. The queries are fast, as well, and you can get the full picture of your data. The actual integration is simple enough that frontend developers can handle it in a short period of time.
The campaigns ( weblayers, email campaigns) help us to create the biggest value regarding sales and revenue. Creating email campaigns is simple, even when you use advanced scenarios (like cart abandonment emails or newsletter with dynamic timing).
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. Usually every problem in Exponea has its solution through some workaround
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exponea helps us to schedule emails to deploy, create WYSIWYG drag and drop email templates, personalize content and track user activities. We are able to gather critical information about prospect consumers from the website, newsletters, social media, banners etc. to focus attention on improving those areas. Exponea is able to gather unique information specifically targeted to leads and opportunities through all the stages of the sales funnel to ensure we are communicating the right message, at the right moment, to the right audience.
