What do you like best about the product?
I find Bloomreach really helpful for building emails each day, and it's essential for managing our large audience which is now over a million. Without Bloomreach, it would be impossible to handle manually. It allows us to understand our audience better and discover what products they would be interested in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can be a bit slow sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach makes it easier to send emails, build audiences, and track what works. It lets us handle a large audience and understand their interests, making tasks doable that wouldn't be manageable manually.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Bloomreach for emails and onsite search because of the numerous features available for email marketing, like triggered mailings. The social proofing banners and the support desk are great, with very helpful people who are always willing to go the extra mile. I also appreciate the scenario canvas they offer, allowing me to create bespoke customer journeys. The emails are built out really well compared to Mailchimp, and the onsite search from Bloomreach Discovery provides a tailor-made experience. The initial setup was quite easy, and the package we got was well tailored for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes support is restricted in terms of what they can help with as sometimes more advanced code is involved and requires a developer to understand what is going on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bloomreach for emails and onsite search. It offers a fast and reliable solution to reach a vast customer base, providing triggered mailings and AI-driven search for the best recommendations. It powers our catalog and enhances customer interaction through bespoke journeys.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Bloomreach has everything on a single platform, as it is very easy to use. Once you understand how it works, everything becomes simple. It also stands out as a very comprehensive platform that helps us with email marketing and improving the user journey. We can see open rates, click rates, and more. Additionally, we recently did an integration with Shopify that turned out to be very beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?

I use Bloomreach because it is a comprehensive marketing platform that facilitates email marketing, improves the user journey, and allows me to see open rates and click rates, being quite complete.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Bloomreach is how intuitive it feels once you start using it, you don’t get lost in complicated dashboards. The customer support is genuinely helpful and responsive, which makes experimenting and scaling campaigns less stressful. Overall, it just feels smooth, efficient, and built for real marketers, not just tech teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Bloomreach is that the learning curve can feel steep in the beginning, especially if you're not used to data-heavy platforms. Some features also feel a bit too technical or buried, so it can take time to figure out the best workflow. It’s powerful but sometimes that power comes with complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach helps solve the challenge of understanding and targeting customers across different channels. It brings customer data, personalization, and campaign execution together in one place, which makes it easier to deliver consistent and meaningful customer experiences. The benefit is clearer insights, better segmentation, and more effective campaigns, without constantly switching tools or guessing what will work.

What do you like best about the product?
data unification, real-time working, excelent management under the data atributs (filters, conditions, profiling, analytics, JINJA)
What do you dislike about the product?
Data must be prepared for the system. There is no possibility to work with the payload comming in and going out.

There is no native consent managent to count with the consent parameters when building the profiles from many data sources under different consents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time usecases using 1. party data; database merging data across the platforms and digital touchpoints, data enrichment, consent management

What do you like best about the product?

We use it daily and everything we stumble upon in our business is easy to implement or integrate.
