Effective personalization and insights in one platform

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Bloomreach is how intuitive and easy it is to work with, especially considering how powerful the platform is. We are still relatively new to Bloomreach at Mester Grønn, but so far it already covers all of our core use cases within CRM, campaigns, and customer activation.

The user interface makes it easy to move quickly from insight to action, without unnecessary complexity. At the same time, the flexibility and possibilities in the platform give us room to scale and mature our setup over time.

I also really appreciate the accessibility and quality of support from the Bloomreach team. Having knowledgeable people available when questions arise has made onboarding and daily work significantly more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we are still fairly new to Bloomreach, there is not much we actively dislike so far. That said, the event-based model is still relatively new to us and has a learning curve, especially when it comes to fully understanding and structuring events in a scalable way.

In addition, estimating and planning around event usage can be somewhat challenging from a cost perspective early on, before we have enough experience and historical data. This is something we expect will become clearer as we gain more hands-on experience with the platform over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach is helping us solve the challenge of communicating with a large member base in a relevant and personalized way. It enables us to move away from one-size-fits-all communication and instead tailor content, offers, and timing based on customer behavior and value.

We will use Bloomreach to create more unique and targeted campaigns, including personalized offers and coupons for our loyal members. The platform will also give us accessible insights, making customer data available to more people across the organization, not just specialists.

Features like RFM segmentation will help us prioritize and differentiate communication based on customer value and engagement. Overall, this makes our marketing more efficient and measurable, while increasing purchase frequency, engagement, and long-term loyalty among our members.

Robust Features, Needs Better Documentation

What do you like best about the product?
I like Bloomreach's fast data imports and its ability to provide a holistic overview of a customer. I also appreciate the good recommendations for what customers will buy. The platform helps us with customer conversion by allowing us to better understand and target customer needs, which offers great insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their documentation leaves a lot to be desired. A lot of the guides are vague or do not actually explain how to best structure data for best results. A clearer guide about what fields would be most beneficial to populate, and with what values is needed. Examples on how to import different data types like Booleans would be helpful. The strong recommendation to have two catalogs was not in the documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bloomreach for tracking customer site usage, email open rates, and recommending products in emails. It provides a holistic overview of customers and offers great insights, enhancing our ability to understand and target customers effectively for better conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Bloomreach makes it easier to create segments and target the right customers at the right times. It's also great that there is almost nothing you can't do with Bloomreach as it combines content management, flow organizing, and data analysis all in one. We can create intelligent flows that cater to our target groups, analyze data, and tweak and adjust for the best results. I also find it helpful to use the integration to connect with Facebook for retargeting campaigns that target the right customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no doubt that it's very technical and you need to take their courses to understand the setup. So I would say that you have to make an effort to understand the logic behind the site and setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bloomreach to create segments, target customers accurately, and organize intelligent flows. It allows me to analyze data and adjust campaigns effectively, ensuring engagement with the right audience at the right times.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Bloomreach to be a powerful tool in the hands of marketers and analysts. It allows us to easily create any kind of metrics and data aggregates, and its integration with other tools via webhooks or custom integrations is straightforward. The platform helps us better understand our customers and quickly launch automated email campaigns and newsletters. It also excels in creating product recommendations and effectively combines features from different tools, providing a 360-degree view of our customers. Additionally, Bloomreach integrates very well with our other internal systems, leveraging native tracking capabilities for our website.

At first glance, the interface and tons of options for a marketeer to choose from can be overwhelming, but it's worth it.

What do you like best about the product?

Comprehensive CRM with Room for Improvement in Reporting

What do you like best about the product?
I think my favorite aspects are the scenarios in Bloomreach. The scenarios make building targeted communications to our database really easy with the node format. I use the nodes to set targeting requirements, like targeting people based on their country location, which helps me a lot because we're a global business sending customer emails to multiple countries. The nodes also clearly helps whether they've engaged, or bought certain products recently, and this format makes building the targeting for these emails easier than other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reporting aspect could be improved from a user experience perspective. I wish Bloomreach had one easy report or built-in dashboards that I could open up and use to quickly get the stats I need. Right now, if a colleague asks me for stats on a certain campaign, it takes a lot longer than it should because I will have scenarios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach helps us send marketing emails, offers comprehensive features for reporting, and gives a good single customer view. The scenarios make building targeted communications easy, which is valuable for my global business.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Bloomreach is its simplicity and ease of use. The platform is intuitive and well-designed, making it accessible even for those without technical or IT experience. Building dashboards is quick and straightforward, and the clean interface makes navigation effortless. I also appreciate the thoughtful user experience, everything is clearly labeled, and helpful explanations are readily available. When I need more in-depth information, the Bloomreach documentation is comprehensive, detailed, and easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced features can be challenging for users who don’t have coding experience. In these cases, additional guidance or tutorials would be really beneficial. If Bloomreach provided more step-by-step training or interactive examples on how to perform advanced tech services for our clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach helps connect and centralize all client data, ensuring that marketing materials are delivered accurately and effectively across various scenarios. This makes it much easier to personalize and automate communications, improving efficiency and overall client satisfaction.
