Powerful automation of personalized client communication and marketing analytics

What do you like best about the product?
The data integration options and client communication personalization and automation are the main features of Bloomreach for us. They allowed us to automatically send tens of thousands of personalized emails, SMSes and push notifications to our clients, drastically decreasing the need for manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations with the analytics features regarding complicated and cross-event analyses. Moreover, a bug causes merging of customers with different hard ids.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach enables us to filter customers based on complicated criteria, perform on-the-go analyses, and run dashboards with live data. As a result, we can make informed decisions and have on-demand data insights.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm really impressed with Bloomreach Engagement. The logic is easy to understand and the user-friendly UI/UX makes it really simple to use. What I really like is that it allows you to combine multiple data sources and apply logical operations to them. It opens up limitless possibilities for campaigns and analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting onboarded to Exponea can be a bit of a challenge. It takes time to get a grip on tracked events and attributes and how they work within the platform. I think the Academy course should be free of charge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm impressed with how Exponea easily combines different modules to create a powerful synergistic workflow for businesses. It's amazing how quickly campaigns can be created and user behavior evaluated.

Thanks to Bloomreach, we target online campaigns at customers and at the same time, we can evaluate the campaigns.

Complete documentation and training tools set. But the support is best in class. Powerful scenario builder for campaign optimization.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have the best results with the trained AI Recommendations.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Bloomreach Engagement is that everything can be adjusted and adapted to the specific situation, allowing for a highly personalized and flexible approach to customer engagement. The platform's user-friendly interface makes it easy to create and optimize campaigns, segment audiences, and analyze performance in real time. I also really appreciate the customer support, which is at an excellent level, providing timely and knowledgeable assistance whenever needed. Additionally, the platform integrates seamlessly with various data sources, enabling businesses to deliver more targeted and impactful marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate more templates for specific use cases to simplify campaign setup. There are already several available, but the installation process could be easier and more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Bloomreach, we can work much more effectively with our customer base. The platform allows us to segment and analyze our audience based on their behavior, which helps us deliver more personalized and targeted campaigns. This behavioral analysis enables us to identify key trends and patterns, improving our marketing strategies. Additionally, Bloomreach’s real-time data capabilities empower us to react quickly to customer actions, optimizing engagement and increasing conversion rates. What do you like best about the product?
It is evident that Bloomreach is adapting to user requirements. Things that were not possible to implement a year ago are now incorporated as new functionality and are thoroughly described in the documentation. The support is also at a high level, willingly and promptly providing advice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it happens that some functionalities have outages, but the outages are always resolved during the day. And I really miss the dark mode - working all day with Bloomreach, the white screen strains the eyes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
selection and addressing of individual customer segments, at the right time and with the right product.

What do you like best about the product?
The main thing i like the most in this radiance commerce is their feature to communicate with customers through any of the social media platforms like facebook, Whatsapp etc
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that needs to take care of is it is not user-friendly, so initially, you will struggle a bit, but after some point of time, it is okay

What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use exponea and create customer communications journeys. The visual manner in which the journeys are created are very easy and simple to use and help with visualising the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations with exponea data tracking, I don't think all businesses fit the model that exponea has set up. Also I would love to be able to see dwell time on emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach is helping me reach our customers by building scenarios and campaigns in an easy way, saving us time and effort. If we were not using bloomreach we would have to use a similar product that would not be as efficient.
