I find that Bloomreach is a very quick and easy to learn at least at a Beginner level for Marketers.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, I find that the different functions of the platform are very well distributed which makes it easy to navigate around. I also appreciate the speed of execution of tasks and results. Filtering for customers and building segmentation is very fast and easy you can have a overview of your customers in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the BeeFree editor could use some additional functionalities and improvements on current functions. A option for using SQL queries to filter customers and items from catalogs would be very useful as well, especially for people who are using catalogs as Product feeds and need to filter for specific inventory check or such.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping my clients increase the volume of people they can reach with their emails while providing a much better service with more up to date content than previously. It also allows them to use easy personalisation in the messaging they send out the customers which increases email and SMS interaction which results in higher KPIs.

What do you like best about the product?
The reponse time of the live chat agents, very responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot delete certain attributes of an event as easily without deleting the whole event and starting from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to clone projects, copy scenarios and copy and paste specific nodes from different scenarios is making built time a lot quicker makes it more effecient for the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach is intuitive, contemporary and user friendly. It's hugely beneficial to access data and omnichannel content in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some elements of building reports can be diificult to navigate and having training with 'real world' use cases from your own platform may help to make the process of reporting easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better data management and combined channel streams - puts more control in the hands of marketers.

The support team has been great at resolving my questions and being able to explain and understand my questions in a thorough manner.

There is sometime lag between when data shows up in the platform

Bloomreach is a good CDP and has helped out with our front end and marketing needs.

Good response time for production issues that are reported.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an opportunity to communicate better from Bloomreach to TSC when there is an issue on the Bloomreach side. TSC has to report the issue, but if it is caused by an issue on the Bloomreach side pro-active communication is helpful.

Facet and Filtering can be further simplified on Bloom reach search, We should be able to aggregate at inorder most JSON format too.

We are able to leverage most of the features on Bloomreach Tool and address our ecommerce website requirements,

The ease of the scenarios, and the ability to use data segmentation to manipulate campaigns and also the use of weblayers to reach new audiences on our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Custom row element can not be a straightforward process at times. The email set up can also be fiddly - the campaign does not automatically save, so if the page refreshes, all your work is lost. An auto save function would be appreciated.

Its user interface is easy to navigate. It is well laid out with a simple but effective design.

If i had to cirisices, nothing. Bloomreach is very simple and effective to use.

Bloomreach has simple yet clever and intuitive interface, which is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. It allows you to create your customer database, and engage with them as per your specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool can feel overwhelming initially, so make sure you allow yourself enough time to familiarize yourself with it. Try one of the Bloomreach Crash courses - they really helped me get started!

We are using the part of Bloomreach which is called Exponea - we use it for one-to-many communication with our clients - sending newsletters, campaigns, evaluating its results.
