What do you like best about the product?
When the tool is working and delivering.
What do you dislike about the product?
complicated and long implementation, not very proactive support in case of issues

CMS and digital experience cloud, allowing customers to get inspired and enable commercial initiatives on the B2B webshops

What do you like best about the product?
Allows easy management of customers, with a wealth of data stored in one place for each customer. Creates a good environment to start targeting segments of customers differently to maximise both revenue and customer satisfaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of limitations to certain aspects - data setup which is then set in stone (e.g. Product catalog searchable fields).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to target specific customer groups much more easily and gain insights from each of these customer groups.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy learning curve. Simple UI and user friendly UX.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any major problems. The only thing I found is that the AI is not yet usable for different languages other than english.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated direct mails. A/B testing while sending direct mails. Weblayers.

What do you like best about the product?
At this point i have to mention our bloomreach-loyalty integration that has enabled us to grow our loyalty base +100% within the last year 2024. Because we can exactly activate customers that are likely to convert into our loyalty program and evaluate several use cases by bloomreach's out of the box a/b testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it would be great if the report feature would be able to handle a higher volume of data by more rows that can be displayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to create a 360° customer view towards all our registered customers. Bloomreach fully provides this with all the data that could be relevant to enhance the customers brand experience.

Best platform ever!

What do you like best about the product?
- user friendly - I can easily navigate between the customer attributes and events
- it is easy to search for something specific (e.g. specific campaign event) that the customer received and I like that I am able to backtrack the problems in case we receive a customer complaint for example
- In case I don't have enough luck with finding out what went wrong, I can always contact Bloomreach support to help me out
- multiple options either for analyses (reports, funnels, trends, dashboards, segmentations...) or marketing communication (email, sms, push, ad audiences...)
- I like that we have the aggregates and expressions, which are often missing in other platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess when you are used to work with SQL, you might think or find limitations, but I think these limitations are for the very special use case and even when you encounter limitations, you still might be able to have some kind of workaround around that problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
problems:
- conditions for segments not precise enough -> Bloomreach benefit: better and easier targeting of customers
- taking a long time to prepare (code) analyses -> Bloomreach benefit: easier and faster way to analyse whatever I want / need

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach connects your customer data to your marketing outreach seamlessly and dynamically, without needless meetings and emails between departments. It centralizes data and becomes a single source of truth,
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be complicated and requires quite a bit of dev work to connect it the various platforms. Sometimes, reporting can be slow and require lots of manual steps to build.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We handle large amounts of personal data and Bloomreach keeps us compliant by limiting the amount of data handling and making it easy to manage data access. It's also a powerful email automation tool that has endless triggers and scenarios we can set up.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface for editors is simplified with document data and the preview mode it's convenient to build sites.
Helpful support that really tries to help us solve issues and engaged staff we have contact with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The common hickups when using the cms or console that doesn't apply changes and that you can't work with multiple pages at the same time. High raises of costs in short notice before contract renewal and sometimes snobbish attitude.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach is providing an easy to user interface for the editors with helpful features to work on a multilingual site like preview, easy management of documents and features like being able to work synchronously and having an approval system.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use and intuitive, great delivery speeds and superb customer support. Anything you might need, Bloomreach will support. We focus on email marketing and the automation is powerful yet simple, visual builder is extremely responsive and the deliverability is solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't fault it... for its price no other can compare!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nowadays all teams keep getting smaller so having Bloomreach is like having another person on my team: it honestly makes the job easier as it's so easy to use, responsive, and powerful.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to integrate with major cloud platforms. We use GCP and they have a partnership already in place with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once we completed signing up and our first few use cases, we felt a bit abandoned. Response times to our requests were not as prompt, but in the end we did get most of the help needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to pro-actively engage and follow up with our customers. i.e. one of our use cases is a "nudge" regarding items that have been in a shopper's cart for an extended period.
