User-friendly, efficient platform and available support
What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach is a highly regarded CRM platform known for its user-friendly interface, efficient features, and exceptional support. What do you dislike about the product?
While Bloomreach is a feature-rich CRM platform, it does have a couple of downsides. One issue is the high volume of events generated, which can lead to data overload and require extra effort to manage and analyze. Additionally, Bloomreach has limited storage capacity if we want to be cost efficient, potentially posing challenges for businesses with extensive data or long-term storage needs with a limited budget. Despite these drawbacks, Bloomreach remains a powerful CRM solution, but users should be aware of these considerations and plan accordingly.

Bloomreach is the best CRM tool that I have ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly the tool is and how I can drill down data all the way down to the customer level. Creating and improving a customer's journey can be unique and simple drag & drop or click away. I also like how the tool interacts with itself and how you can use the different tools/features across multiple product integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the Bloomreach Academy can be more in-depth and incorporate more used cases and training scenarios on each topic offered especially for users who for example. are not coders or have a dev background. The training should allow any user, no matter their background to confidently use all aspects of the tool.
Also, look at improving the support structure once the integration/onboarding phase has been completed. Give your customers for example - 5hrs a month free for assistance with projects/used cases/ products etc.

Content automation, promotional automation, high-level segmentation, onsite and real-time messaging, in-depth reporting, product awareness, and recommendations, creating unique customer journeys.
Excellent Platform
What do you like best about the product?
We are using the Bloomreach Engagement for sending transaction emaila and utilising it's marketing features in our project.This is an excellent platform to use and having supreme live support team who helped us a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no dislike. Bloomreach CDP is best for marketing

We have raised more than ten tickets related to different cases . There is a top live support team who helped us a lot.
I really like the tool and support is outstanding.

A versatile DXM product
What do you like best about the product?
The documentation is so good it allows you to understand all the configuration, set up, installation and extension points.
The extension points are well documented and the architectural design of hippo allows you to do practically everything: customization, integration, etc...
The support team is one of the best I worked with. They are quick answering and really helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
The lucene indexation phase can take really long when you start/run an installation from scratch (with an empty repository folder where the lucene index files are stored). There are at least 2 strategies to shorten this time but none of them address starting the first server node in a cluster environment.
The frontend framework in the cms interface is apache wicket. This is a complex framework with a steep learning curve and developers have to be very careful as there can be issues when you add a perspective, for example. This is the only limiting point in what concerns customization because every other point is really escalable and easy to work with.
Then there is also a limitation in JCR queries that don't allow complex joins or sorts. Complex queries they require a workaround sometimes. We have some performance issues in very minimal cases where we required a workaround.

For the client, Bloomreach is the selected option to centralize most of the content that is displayed in the company app and website. It covers the content for many channels and sections.
Content editors have a well organized way to create, modify, delete content. Also the translation management starts here too, this is also used extensively.
Then there are many endpoints made available to consume this content in many different ways in the different parts of the app/website.

I think Bloomreach has a lot of features and is relatively easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy and userfriendly. Also the support is available to help at most times, so if I have difficulties it is easy to get help. It is also very easy to design and make templates in.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that I would like to have - for example I could use an autosave feature, since it (unfortunately) often happens to me that I mistakenly close the window and all progress is lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't know if I can answer this, but it helps us sent out automated e-mails and newsletters. It has also helped us with personalizing our newsletters to certain segments.

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach Engage (or Exponea as they were previously known) represented a huge leap forward in our CRM capabilities - building campaigns and targeting both broad and very specific audience is intuitive and the functionality is powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bloomreach has very advanced analytics and reporting functionality, but (unlike the campaign builder), it is not particularly intuitive. They are clearly working on this (with templates for common reports recently launched), but it can still feel very overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Bloomreach to ensure we can speak with our B2B & B2C customers in a relevant, targeted way to drive sales. The detailed, event-based customer profiles mean we can target very precisely with attractive, commercially successful campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
A great web app and dozens of options when creating campaigns make a great mix for the best crm tool on the market. Add to that fast support and dozens of pre-made scenarios and you have Bloomreach

Bloomreach has a slight disadvantage in what companies it targets. This then reflects very noticeably on the price list

The solution that bloomreach offers lies mainly in the robustness and overall consistency of the tool when creating omnichannel campaigns

Bloomreach is the most flexible CPD platform I have ever used. As long as you have time to put in to build reports, analysis, funnels, metrics, etc. It's really one of those platforms where you take out what you put in, as long as you're willing to invest the time you can really take value from it. - be careful with processed events because they quickly rack up. remember that everything generates an event - campaigns, facebook audiences, AB tests. A lot of times the best practises that you are told to follow make this worse

The accessibility of customer insights has massively improved for us since we implemented bloomreach. Also now that the platform is implemented we require a lot less dev work to get things done than in our old platform.
