Incredibly powerful martech platform, unleash your imagination
What do you like best about the product?
The support staff are tremendous! They're simply the best team you could hope to have in your back pocket. There's also tonnes of support materials, documentation, training and content to inspire. Brilliant to have access to all your customer engagement and sales data in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's low code, so when it comes to the analytics, you don't have the freedom of a blank cell to create queries from scratch; there's a middle ground you have to get your brain into, but luckily the team are on hand at any time to help get you to where you need to be.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with a shallow learning curve. Easy to set up for clients with data structures, data flows, integrations. Stable UI. Very responsive and knowledgeable customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some use cases which require complex selection criteria are not easily done which require complex workarounds. Some limitations with regards to OOTB SDK functionality. Some more technical documentation does not exist or not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing campaigns, integration and data managment.

What do you like best about the product?
The team and the roadmap. Weekly search tuning support meetings helped us to optimise performance
What do you dislike about the product?
The Product search tool is AI and it learns but struggles with some languages (around synonyms and semantics) Check the language you want and if you have multiple brands across many countries for some less common languages it may be better using a local tool

Looking to reinstate organic to drive discooverability and performance on long tail search terms through creation of thematic pages etc

An incredibly flexible tool
What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach is an incredibly flexible and powerful tool that allows for complex scenarios and a high level of customisation. It feels like once you get the gist of it you can set up almost anything you can think of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bloomreach isn't always intuitive, and the downside of its flexibility and power is the room for error it leaves. Not a fan of the way it handles timezones either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach greatly simplified our marketing tech stack, bringing most functionalities under a single roof. This made life easier for various departments (primarily Retention and Customer Service).

What do you like best about the product?
Chris in Bloomreach Support takes pride in his work and it shows every time I get the chance to work with him. He takes the time to make sure he is providing the best possible solution to your request and makes sure you can replicate the results yourself as well. I always learn something new when chatting with him and am more confident in Bloomreach's capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report builder is more complicated than I'm used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love the RFM segmentations and the ability to use those audiences in other marketing channels, as well as email.
Bloomreach Engagement (Exponea) is very powerful with great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Exposes all the data in an easy to use interface. You can automate the data into email, sms, ads audiences etc. Great customer service to support with issues
What do you dislike about the product?
So much data and flexibility can be a little overwhelming at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables us to maximise our eshop conversion rate from users first visit (pop-ups/personalisation) through ongoing/follow-up interactions to increase life time value
Helpful Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly interface. Lots of support documentation and personal 1-1 support from the chat team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting structure, although very powerful, can be quite difficult to use correctly. Some more out of the box set up reports (e.g Open/Click rates by week/month/camapign etc) would be really helpful, and would allow me to have more trust in the data i am reporting back to the business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach allows us to search through customer data easily and track new behaviours. It's been a useful tool to begin our CRM journey and begin implementing automated journeys and segmentations by customer data and behaviour.

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach is a good service with support teams which always are there to help you. The service is in constant innovation to help with main goals of marketing campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, I think they need more information in the documentation in Exponea because usually find a little bit of the information and that makes me go to "Customer Support".

Excellent Ad Hoc Online Reporting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I am the Senior Power BI developer at my company and after using and experimenting with many different online report developing tools, I have to say that Bloomreach has outdid themselves with their campaign analysis ad hoc reporting tool. We are now able to see so much with our marketing data by using this platform and it is very easy for everyone to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the least helpful part of Bloomreach is their is so many categories when searching for reports and dashboards. I feel like they can be more simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach is solving the problem of connecting everything together and it is bridging the gap between our customers, third-party vendors and our data. The reporting tool is outstanding and very easy to learn for beginners.
