Good plateform
What do you like best about the product?
the platform is quite complete, the support is very responsive and pleasant, they quickly solve our blocking points, they are a real help in my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
unfortunately, the visual builder lacks many options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
when I'm stuck on complex elements that I've never had to solve before, the support team helps me out quickly, I always get quick feedback and they're always very attentive.

So many features and tools to create an experience for your customers. Also with possibility to modify, if you are experienced enough in JS, HTML, CSS,.... Great support, easy to use

Bloomreach is not always ready for my crazy ideas :D
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a tool to use with our clients to target their customers immediately on their journey and provide more personalized experience.

What do you like best about the product?
From a users perspective, the tool is "intuitive" and easy to use. While there is a TON of information that can feel overwhelming, the experience, enablement and support teams at BR make that transition easy.
Solutions architects are "top notch" are commited to finding solutions to ensure the tool best works for the business team. Even if Bloomreach is not able to meet those expectations, they listen and often take down those ideas to input into their roadmaps for future developement.
Flexibility is a key theme for Bloomreach. Teams are able to to "self-service" , whether it's a technical team pulling their own API to trouble shoot or configuring attributes to a business team being able to manually make updates to page or utilize the BR algo. Addiitonally, when trying to understand why products rank a certain way, the BR ranking diagnotic empowers the team to review this and adjust their rules as needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
Bloomreach is often enhancing and releasing new features for their product. Communication and understanding of those things can get lost, misunderstood and often don't get utilized or properly communicated until many months after the release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach provides us a "one stop shop" for search and merchandising needs. Teams can easily optimize these areas using Bloomreach insights and/or their own analyses. Their tool is efficient and flexible, allowing for manual manipulation, full algo or a combo of both.

Easy to use, good support, alot of out of the box integrations

The price. It's quite an expensive solution. Additionally, it can be a bit frustrating that you have to pay extra for each additional feature.

Bloomreach, our chosen Customer Data Experience Platform (CDXP), has significantly streamlined our customer engagement process. It efficiently identifies and services our customers' individual needs, making personalized interactions a breeze. From simplifying email marketing to providing personalized in-app content and targeted push notifications, Bloomreach has been instrumental in enhancing our customer experience. Its capability to tailor services and content to each user has not only improved our efficiency but also enriched our customer interactions.

Bloomreach manages to be intuative to use whilst also offering great depth and complexity allowing us to understand and leverage our customer data to build best-in-class segmentation and scenarios. Our knowledgable and friendly support team make getting the most out of the platform a breeze.

I don't have anything bad to say about Bloomreach and my experience with them.

Bloomreach gives us a holistic view of our customer in a single location allowing us to activate against our data in real-time to serve our customers and meet business needs.

Great program
What do you like best about the product?
I've been working in Bloomreach for 5 weeks now and I have to say that it has lots of possibilities! I think I learned to make newsletters in the program within 2 weeks. So it is easy to learn and use! Our team makes up to 30 newsletters a week so this is important to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have some trouble with saving when my collegue and I are working in the same scenario.

Everything is possible, if you're willing to make it work.
What do you like best about the product?
Now that we are fully integrated, what I like most is the realization that almost any task or conceptual flow is achievable if you’re willing to think outside the box. That 'box' becomes infinitely bigger once you immerse yourself in what Bloomreach has to offer. By combining metrics, content sources, Loomi, expressions, customized content blocks, and webhooks, almost anything is possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more integrated solutions for our problems. As mentioned in my positive feedback, we are always trying to 'think out of the box' to make things work but the ideal should be an easy, scalable solution right from the start. I want Bloomreach to focus on better integrating these powerful tools and making them easier to use. Ultimately, the goal should be that technical skill level doesn't matter anymore; the system should just work.

Again it is easy to copy existing content over for various labels.
