Bloomreach a powerful marketing tool with excellent reporting capabilities.
What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach is an easy to use tool, very user friendly, but you're also capable of working in-depth with your data, create omni channel marketing campaigns and also have the tools to analyse and report on the results.
What do you dislike about the product?
After almost 1 year using bloomreach, I have yet to find a feature I dislike. When our team had an issue with a snippet, the support team worked to improve it almost instantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now we have all tools in one same environment, Bloomreach, it is also easier to use than our previous marketing tool and more potent. The transition has been smooth, and most problems were generated by the previous tool that was over complicating things, but once we had the processes migrated, making everything work on Bloomreach was much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach is an extremely intuitative platform that allows us to scale communications to our customers effortlessly. It integrates with our other marketing platforms brilliantly for passing audience insights across.
I would definitely recommend using Bloomreach Engagement due to its simple UX yet capability to solve numerous business problems such as capturing and storing consent, regulatory requirements and testing at scale.

What do you dislike about the product?
That there's no auto-save when working in-scenario and that multiple users cannot collabortate on one scenario at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach allows us to activate more segments of our customers than we were able to using other platforms.
Excellent analytics, targeted messaging: Bloomreach is taking it up a notch!
What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach integrates customer data seamlessly for targeted communications across various channels. The platform, with its slight learning curve, is supported by a dedicated Customer Success Manager and an online support team. Robust reporting eliminates data export needs, allowing easy creation of insightful tables, graphs, and charts. In my brief experience, Bloomreach has proven exceptionally effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight learning curve - regarding segmentation/report building - to get a hang of but it isn't too difficult to learn and there are loads of resources: support team, BR academy, documentation and your very own CSM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach solves the following problems:
- Quickly an effectively targeting the right customer with the right message at the right time
- Allows split testing functionality with statistical significance calculations to determine which split performed best
- Easy reporting within the platform makes sharing KPIs, findings, recommendations with the wider team efficient.
- Customer tracking is easy with their single customer view.

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach is a great all in one platform where you can manage everything from ads, emails, to sms, and is backed with advanced AI recommenedations. There are lots of resources available and amazing live chat support team who is able to assist the company to ensure proper implementations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does takes time to get used to and sometimes the team is unsure if it was set up according to what we wanted, unless i reach out to bloomreach support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of using multiple differrent platforms, bloomreach allows us to do it all in one. love that it simplified for non coding individuals too.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a handful of niggly things that would be useful (e.g. parameter triggers, loops, wait nodes based on events), but they are very specific use cases and Bloomreach are very receptive to enhancement requests and keeping customers happy.

Getting all the info about the users in just one place
User friendly and very helpful staff

I find Bloomreach to be exceptionally user-friendly offering a a lot of features to seamlessly integrate the business needs, including the incorporation of specific data directly within the platform for future use. The support team has been a standout highlight, demonstrating unwavering dedication and friendliness. They're consistently striving to identify solutions for any raised issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
A suggestion for Bloomreach improvement is enhancing the functionality around report building and aesthetics. Currently, there's a limited selection of charts available, and some may not align well with specific needs. A more diverse and adaptable range of charts could greatly enhance the reporting experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach is helping us solve our targeting problems. By having a lot of custom data stored on a member, we're able to use segmentation to sharpen the targeting of members we wish to target. Bloomreach also enables us to see how many members fit in a specific pot within the segmentation we're looking at before sending the email to make sure we're happy with the volume.

What do you like best about the product?
Great chat support and lots of options to do analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many different ways to work with the data, that it is a long learning process. To me, who is a bit impatient, this is a bit annoying. Thats why it's great to reach out to the chat support, which I do on a daily basis more or less.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recommendations, personalization and in-depth analytics that we have not been able to see before.

The team support is really healpful, it helps a lot to be sure I'm doing all correct in my projects/

I would like to be able to organize better my scenarios. I wish I had folders or boads to do it.
