What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach CDP is an exceptional platform that excels in providing a comprehensive single customer view, allowing businesses to easily track and understand customer behaviors across multiple touchpoints. What do you dislike about the product?
For me I like the platform. If i could say a negative, it would be that as you increase your usage you increase your costs, this doesn't mean this goes hand in hand with increase revenue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives us the ability to personalise our communications to the customer.

This tool offers many possibilities in multiple areas. It's used on a daily basis for various different purposes
What do you dislike about the product?
Such vast tool have many different segments that you need to know well to operate to the full. But the Academy and Support is on point in case of any problems

What do you like best about the product?
The big aspect i like about Bloomreach is the ease of use of personnalisation. It is easy to have a lot of data of a customer journey and assign attributes or aggregates based on the journey. These informations is very accessible accross the plateform. The audience settings is very powerfull, it allows us to have a strong control on what a person can or can't see.

We use Bloomreach everyday to display custom message on our website based on segmentation or audience and for sending emails.

Bloomreach is an app that can be customize easily with the option of custom jinja code.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of support regarding question related to Jinja or HTML. It would be great to have an option to chat with a person who is famillair with code. I had a question about accessing the value of a consent category to show a specific section of a block for only customer who has not the consent. I did not find my answer with the chat assisant or the Bloomreach documentation but i find it in the Bloomreach Community Slack. It would had been easier to chat directly to a person who can help me in this situation.

A bonus point would be the have options for dark mode user in the email templates options. Currently we are struggling to have an email that looks great on both dark and light mode. Would be amazing to have a feature like the show on mobile option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a plateform that contains all data of customers and use this data for marketing purposes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the MA part of our general DXP architecture, Bloomreach offers our users an extremely intuitive platform, optimizing their workflows considerably from our former setup. Simultaneously, the platform offers a great setup for maintaining our templates and content across several markets utilizing content blocks, catalogs and merge tags.

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach offers a headless CMS , which allows for greater flexibility in designing omnichannel experiences. This helps brands stay consistent across different digital touchpoints.
Bloomreach is designed for businesses of all sizes and can scale to accommodate growing needs, making it a long-term solution for digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users in my team report that the platform can be difficult to navigate initially, requiring significant training and time to fully grasp its capabilities.
Depending on the service tier, some of my team members have mentioned that customer support response times can be slower than expected, especially during high-demand periods.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many businesses lack actionable insights from their data, which can hinder decision-making. Bloomreach provides detailed analytics and reporting, enabling businesses to understand customer behavior, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach enables us to communicate with our customers at the right time based on realtime events with data from multiple sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bloomreach has a lot focus on e-commerce, but as an subscription based company we need to adapt some of our solutions and wishes into what is possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach helps us with both marketing and service automations while letting us keep an overview of our customers engagement with us as a company. We use it for testing what furtilizes the best experience for our customers from different segments.

What do you like best about the product?
For me it's the best tool I ever tried. Marketing flows can be personalized down to the smallest detail for specific target groups. Every idea in a CRM manager's head can be implemented. Bloomreach Support is a great help here.
What do you dislike about the product?
- no chance to change the html code of the survey function
- no possibility to activate deleted campaigns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach enables us a bundled communication to our customers through various channels (website, e-mail, customer portal). Futher we have different target groups with different restrictions in communications (depends from which channel the customer came from). Bloomreach is perfect for handle these cases.

What do you like best about the product?
Having worked with Exponea / Bloomreach for over 7 years I have been impressed with the staff I've worked with most of all.
I also appreciate the user friendly nature of automations in particular, and also the constant additions of new elements to the platform such as Loomi.
What do you dislike about the product?
As Bloomreach has grown the lean towards the hard sell has also grown.
It's important as a user that the providers you work with understand your business including finances / resource before wasting time on talks on upgrading accounts ect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach supports us in a single customer view we struggled to get with other platforms. We have chosen to move all data to Bloomreach and expand users with access due to this.

I like that we can built scenarios with many cases for our newsletter marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is way too complicated for me, because of all the functions and stuff. I like Jinja but I hate to work with it, because I do not have the knowledge.
