it is a bit complicated to get familiar with the functions and module, need or time to explore the function of it. As a data analysis I prefer there are easier way to pull the data I need as I wish, instead of the report which is not that highly customized enough to satisfy my request

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach is a reliable and flexible tool that allows you to easily implement a chosen element or create your own solution natively within the platform. If there are any problems of any kind, you can count on the support, starting from specific elements to integrations with the web/mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features lack generally available flexibility, such as surveys. I wouldn't be sad if code editors in some places changed to better support long coding, code syntax styling, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides great tools to prepare almost all the necessary elements natively or through supported integrations, while providing a place to create completely custom things where in many other platforms some form of middleware would be required

I highly appreciate how much you are able to do without any developer being involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit overwhelming to navigate the broad amount of features, analytics and scenarios that can be set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The best marketing automation tool we have ever used

What do you like best about the product?
It is by far the best Customer Data Platform, Marketing Automation, and Gen AI tool we have used, and it keeps on giving. We have been able to acheive some great results so far. Their customer support team and integration team have been extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be very honest, there is not very much to dislike because this platform provides so many advanced features for marketers that there is nothing to compare it to at the moment. The integration process could have been a bit faster, but we are aware of the limitations we had due to our cumbersome back-end solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Bloomreach Engagement platform enables us to customize our marketing campaigns based on customer preferences and their behavior on our website.

We have been able to increase newsletter subscriptions by 160% by showing pop-up banners to website visitors and generating revenue of more than 4 million, calculated based on the discount coupons given to new subscribers.

We have constantly achieved more than 40% open rates for most email campaigns using advanced segmentation features.

Jinja is a little bit too specific, but support is great at helping us.
