Powerful Features, Some bugs
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the freedom of data manipulation, templating, and personalization with Bloomreach. There seems to be a solution to most things already without having to wait for releases. I would also like to add that the support chat function is great. I mention in my following statement some fallbacks in the support side but this is mainly targeted at L2. The Bloomreach support agents do an incredible job in assisting with any queries. Whether it be regarding projects we are working on or just genreal questions about platform. 9 times out of 10 I am set on my way after reaching out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few bugs that pop up at times and it is hard for support to replicate them. This usually ends with the case being closed and no solution to the problem. For instance, we had an issue where all of our campaigns/assets were being moved to one initiative. This was looked into for a while and nothing was concluded. It is often I see small bugs that would be hard to replicate in a ticket as an example, so I tend to leave them. That said, the platform is very complex and things such as these can be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach allows customer data management, helps with communication and personalization. I enjoy the freedom of data manipulation, templating, and personalization.
Powerful CRM with Stellar Integration and Support
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Bloomreach's platform UX is top level, and its features are expansive. It covers everything I need, from email campaigns to automation, to weblayers and seamless integrations with Facebook, which really elevates our CRM. I find the ability to have highly personalized weblayers or display them based on behavior incredibly useful for connecting with our fans. The people we worked with at Bloomreach on setting up our project are some of the best I've worked with, which added tremendous value to the experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is a specialised marketing tool, so it can feel complex to use at first. However, as you become more familiar with it, it quickly becomes second nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach helps with personalization, providing a single customer view, and real-time insights and actions. It elevates CRM with features for email campaigns, automation, and social media integration. Unlike our previous tool, Dotdigital, it integrates data in one place.
Fast, Human Chat Support That Delivers
What do you like best about the product?
Fast and insightful responses from support team (not having to talk to the bot)
What do you dislike about the product?
The data has to be loaded to the platform, we can't base things on our CEM without importing data to the platform first

The journey builder and AI-driven personalization, powered by Loomi AI, streamline marketing efforts by enabling real-time, tailored customer experiences across channels like email, SMS, and web. I also find Bloomreach's initial setup straightforward with guided onboarding and clear documentation, especially for standard integrations. Additionally, Bloomreach integrates well with tools like CRM systems such as Salesforce, email platforms, analytics tools, and ad platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bloomreach could enhance its reporting dashboards with more customizable real-time analytics for deeper campaign insights.

Bloomreach helps me unify customer data, automate personalized campaigns, and improve conversion rates by delivering the right products and messages to each customer at the right time.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Bloomreach to build emailers, leveraging automation to save time by handling merchandising tasks. The product's strong AI-driven search enhances product discovery, improving search and navigation so customers can quickly find products. I like the data-driven insights which enable smarter decision-making and real-time optimization. Additionally, I appreciate that the initial setup was easy for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have enough templates to work with. When creating a mailer, you have to always start from scratch.

Empowers Customer Insights, Needs Better Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Bloomreach's ability to build complex aggregates and expressions and use them throughout the rest of the platform. It helps us understand our customers in a unique way and allows us to target them at the right time with the right information. Additionally, the initial setup was easy, and the team was helpful, especially considering some internal software was outdated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Within a project, I wish there was more cross-team collaboration. Either in comments or approval flows so we do not need to use an external platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Bloomreach combines data, which helps me tackle data silos. It's a great personalization tool that allows me to understand what customers are doing and use that information to show more relevant content at the right time. The initial setup was very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find there needs to be more clarity when it comes to Loomi AI as it's not very clear, but I understand it's quite a new feature.

I use Bloomreach for marketing automation. It helps solve data silos by combining data, allowing me to understand customer behavior and show more relevant content at the right time. It's a great personalization tool.
Intuitive CRM with Exceptional Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
I use Bloomreach for CRM & Segmentation in external marketing. I love the exceptional customer service and the intuitive UI. They also release new features constantly, which I really appreciate. Even though the initial setup wasn't easy, the outstanding support we received was really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can be quite complicated.

I use Bloomreach for CRM and segmentation, allowing us to communicate with members and customers effectively, and stay relevant to potential customers.
Strong A/B Testing and Easy Drag-and-Drop Merchandising
What do you like best about the product?
Strong A/B testing capabilities, plus easy merchandising with drag-and-drop tools and flexible product-attribute rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like the ability to run A/B tests by audience, with more control over how traffic is split between variations.

Global rules make it easier to manage inventory availability across all search, category pages, and recommendations.
Efficient Brand Tracking with User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like Bloomreach for its nice, clean layout, which makes it easy to navigate. The data is easy to read, allowing me to retrieve information fast and efficiently. The initial setup of Bloomreach was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like an information tab on the navigation tools/columns. It would support learning how to use the platform better without the help of another colleague.
