Good UI, easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of use and the modern UI.

Loading times & administrative controls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use an Enterprise Data Warehouse that uses Microstrategy. Automating data pulls, SQL tie-in, dashboard development are things I use it for. It's a great way to pull Enterprise wide data from multiple sources.

Very easy to use. Provides a quick snapshot of the business while putting in different prompts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes hard to clear the selections you previously made
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows us to look at how our business is preforming in different aspects. We can compare sales, margin, turn YTD, MTD, and STD. It provides an easy snapshot of the business and can be easily used when in vendor and internal meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
MicroStrategy is one of the leading BI tools where it is robust in handling heavy user experience in multiple business domains. There are lot of products in this software which many clients have been using for several years and has been a successful BI tool across the globe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Licenses are expensive and support is not consistently effective when issues arise during development. Proper training is needed for users unlike Tableau which is more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dashboards and visualizations interpret large volumes of complex data in the form of visual representations. This tool provides enterprise level BI solutions where the business users can report, analyze and present data in a very intuitive manner.

What do you like best about the product?
able to do almost everything I want to be able to do. Can sit with uses and design reports and dashboards that can be run daily and sent to their inbox. Can create metrics to accommodate most of their requests. Like their communication and consistent software updates. Good price point

little buggy, need more visualizations.

Great dashboards, able to design reports that can be setup with subscriptions.

My customers can now do things in one software platform that used to require multiple spreadsheets and files to get simple answers

I like the ability to scale for large data sets. It also is very good for complex data sets.

I don’t think there is much to dislike abou this technology.

Ability to prepare and show customer management reports for senior managers in the organization

It’s a great tool with very good features for BI tools and reports.
System is very slow, always shutting down

System is very slow for my large corporation, do not think it can handle capacity
