What do you like best about the product?
The great parts are that the software is light hence greatn performance. Very easy to integrate with different platforms. Pricing is also affordable and the quantity of storage provided is also decent.
What do you dislike about the product?
TH UI seems bland and somewhat casual. the supporting isnt super clear and can be overwhelming. Also lacks a supportive AI agent to guide through the platform

Dropbox solves the problem of storing, accessing, and sharing files easily across different devices and with other people.

What do you like best about the product?
There are several things I find beneficial about using Dropbox. It provides fast, reliable file synchronization across the many platforms and devices we use both in the office and out in the field. It also excels at team collaboration and supports real-time editing, which makes it easier for us to work together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features feel a bit more expensive than the competition. The free storage is also lower at 2GB compared to others, and there’s a constant push from the Dropbox team to upsell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps us address key operational and collaboration challenges. From an integration standpoint, both of these areas benefit our organization, and the overall user experience is consistently solid. Support has also been well above par.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives me peace of mind knowing that my critical data is saved somewhere other than my physical drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of right now. I’ve always been able to retrieve a file whenever I needed it.

It’s a good backup solution to start with, and it also makes it easy to share common files that the rest of the team uses and accesses.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox for backing up and sharing files, and to collaborate with team members and family. Dropbox eases my mind with backup solutions and makes file sharing seamless. I like most of the features, especially how intuitive and user-friendly it is. The free tier is an added advantage. The user interface is another aspect I appreciate, and the initial setup was very easy.

The pricing of the tiers and free option could be better.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Dropbox as it is very intuitive and it is very fast. I use it to quickly share files across my teammates. It's made sharing design files feel less stressful. I also use its note/doc feature as it is very simple and intuitive and don't have lots of noise. It is super reliable which is very helpful in my workflow. The support is actually there at a glance so if you have any problems, Dropbox is ready to have some customer support for you. I like when you can also view some of the file types like Adobe files inside of it so you don't have to download it to view the creative file.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of storage isn't too generous. I understand their business model is different from the competitors. I hope they give more features and more value for what you pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is my go to storage for transferring to my colleagues and brainstorming with my ideas on my projects in the company. It gives me a breather space to generate ideas, store ideas, and share ideas. Love it!

Easy and Efficient for College works.
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily sync everything across all of my devices. Once i save something on my laptop i can easily access it on my phone anytime.. feels more efficient rather than doing complex sending to myself thing..

Wish the free plan gave more than 2gbs storage...

Keeping my files accessible from anywhere without a USB or emailing everything to myself. Saves me a lot of time especially during exam times when I'm switching between devices constantly..
