What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can let fellow coworkers know that you appreciate them!

I would say when you redeem your points it can be confusing at times.

Great Platform for Recognition and Celebration
What do you like best about the product?
The navigation and ease of use make it more prevalent for team members to interact with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike so far. The only recommendation would be for more places to select a colleague to give recognition to, rather than just on the Activity tab. For example finding someone on the Leaderboard or Community tabs would be good places as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our ability to distribute meaningful and noticeable recognition and have a unified format for rewards and celebrations.

What do you like best about the product?
If we want to appreciate anyone for his/her work, we can give them points on buckelist just like giving award. Then the person can buy gift cards from those points which is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
After buying gift card, sometimes it takes more than 4 days to get it.

I didn't find any problem yet.

Adventures are spaced out in many locations

We are able to stay connected and support each other even though we're remote.
Overall experience with Bucketlist
What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist is easy to navigate and payout is quick once you submit a payout request. I love that you can compliment team members with their accomplishments.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have more travel destinations in Arizona because I can't really travel to another city.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have any business problems that I address on Bucketlist.

It provides a wide array of options and means of use. So many options for gift cards. From department store,online,restraunts, and more.

I wish it was easier to access a barcode so it can be scanned in public stores.

I used mine for Christmas shopping.
was able to redeem bucket list points for gift cards, this was awesome!

We did have some issues with balance on the employer side, the bucketlist staff were able to answer questions regarding that.

I did not come across any issues while using buckelist.

What do you like best about the product?
I feel acknowledgment is important in our field. For acts of kindness and good deeds. By being able to give points to a fellow peer can be meaningful with rewards that they can collect by attaining points.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly wish there were high level of attainable points sometimes the process is slow in building points. Some of our employees don't even realize they are available to them.

I don't feel there are any problems to solve for this program
Best employee incentive program I have ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
This program helps show appreciation for me and my employees. It's that immediate gratification that helps motivate employees. Cashing in my points is easy and there are so many options for my rewards. Everyone has a currency and my is Amazon 😋. I also love that I can show appreciation to people all over the United States. So cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only down side is, it it taxed like a bonus. At least for my company. Pretty high tax bracket. And it offers experiences as part of the reward program and there are none offed in my state. But I'm sure as this platform grows more options will be available.
