Simple, Easy Recognition Tool That Boosts Team Morale and celebrates the wins !
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using it as a recognition tool and to boost team morale - its also simple and easy to use !
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing :-) I love using Bucketlist ! Its great :-)

Really helping to boost morale and celebrate the small and large wins !
Satisfying rewards that encourage honest collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact Bucketlist now connects directly to amazon for reward redemption. The direct path from earning buckelist currency to getting a physical reward at your doorstep in 2 days makes the reward significantly more satisfying than receiving a digital gift card.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part of bucketlist is the goals portion. Sharing a goal is a bit awkward as that goal is shared across the entire organization rather than in a smaller department chatroom which could be an nice addition in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bucketlist gives us to give credit to those who may not receive credit from within their own department for going above and beyond. Employees can take rewarding fellow employees into their own hands. They can also give meaningful rewards for group recognition which inspires interdepartmental collaboration.
Easy to Use with Fast, Reliable Rewards
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and the rewards are quick to process and arrive. It’s responsive when I’m searching for listings, and it’s also easy to find coworkers even if I don’t know their full name.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not as smooth as some other apps when I’m choosing who gets how many points, but I’m still able to get it done. Maybe it could offer a wider selection of rewards as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team engagement with it was great, and everyone seemed happy with the reward system. Employees really like earning the gift cards, which made participation feel more worthwhile.

Great ability to recognize people and staff.

Sometimes difficult to logon and receive support.

I havent found one yet. If I had to choose something I guess it would be to give the option to get a physical card vs just redeeming onling.

I LOVE THAT WE CAN EXPRESS OUR THANKS TO A COWOKER AND THE SAME TIME, THE PERSON CAN RECEIVE YOUR THANKSFUL WITH A REAL GIFT.

I WILL LOVE TO RECEIVE MORE POINTS MENSUALLY FROM THE COMPANY TO HONRED MORE COWOKERS

I HAVE A PROBLEM TO REDEMEE MY POINTS, PROBABLY BECAUSE WAS NOT ENOUGH MONEY ON MY COMPANY ACCOUNT BUT THEY LET MY COMPANY KNOW AND I WAS ABLE TO REDEMEED IN LESS THAN 3 DAYS
