Easy Automation using AA!
What do you like best about the product?
Drag and drop functionality with make it very easy to implements.
Even a person with little of technical knowledge can make an application automate.

Insert mouse click(commands) inside there is x & y coordinates with is fix. Once we select the coordinates than if resolution of screen changes than it does not work. From this I face many issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data entry process : Extraction data from Excel and Screen Image(using third party tool), storing in database than entering that in a website.
From this automation we able to save many hours and money.

Easy to learn and implement, try First Automation Anywhere than other RPA tools, then feel that different.

The most helpful thing was we can use Automation Anywhere literally anywhere and everywhere in our day-to-day life.
The upside is that we don't have to waste our time doing a task repeatedly instead the Bot can do it for us.

Setting up of the Bot is a bit time consuming according to me. The downside would be the time taken to setup the Bot operation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Automation Anywhere I am now able to reply to my Mails without actually thinking of what would be my reply. The bot can automatically do it for me.

There is no framework to maintain machine state.
Can not extract excel data in to data table.

Automating the repetitive business process so TAT missed problem is solved.
Bots can be run overnights also so increment in productivity.

A very good product from the Automation Anywhere team for automating the business process with less error possibilities. I am using this since last 5 years and i strongly recommend to use this product.

Automating the financial reports for client team. We have huge list of vendor onboarding, Daily financial reports for the products sold, Resources onboarding, Roll Off list. All of this activity related to manual work has been successful automated and a lot of time has been save to concentrate on other creative work...!!!!

The things that I dislike about AA is that the license cost is huge and they doesn't have any academy or proper structured blogs to go through and learn. The debugging is a bit tricky and it is not very elegant.

We are using Automation Anywhere to deploy bots in each section which is really helpful as it is taking care of the basic support and helps people in solving there queries.

Cannot able get accurate report through this automation, That should be improvise. In sales process credit management need to enable.

Every time when we are monitoring inactive user in automation software it should automatically locked after 30 days if it is inactive and send mail to the respective user automatically using bot. This mail automation is best benefits I Realized when I used.

1. Automation Anywhere tool is one of the great automation tool to automate the Email, FTP/SFTP, Excel and most of the business process very easily.
2. The way of BOT migrations through BLM packages from one environment to another environment is very easy and the most efficient.

The tool is not that comfortable when we are running the BOTs in unattended mode like: Scheduling, Triggering.

Payroll Processes, Order Management, Allocations Sets, Invoices processes, FTP/SFTP uploads, Email Automation, Deals Processor.
