What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Wix Studio for its ability to provide beautiful designs, custom solutions, and expert assistance, which enhances my work as a web designer. The features I like most are the user interface, drag-and-drop functionality, tips, guides, and tutorials, which allow me to provide professional service more efficiently than before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features in Wix Studio get a little quirky if I'm not careful, getting misaligned or not flowing correctly.

It does take a while to get the hang of it since I personaly think many features are poorly categorized.

I appreciate how Wix Studio simplifies the process of creating web pages, allowing them to be completed swiftly—often within one or two days. The ease of making changes using HTML and CSS is also a major advantage, as it enables quick adaptations without extensive hassle. The initial setup is straightforward and user-friendly, thanks to the structured packet of folders that can be accessed with a single click. This streamlined approach makes getting started with Wix Studio incredibly easy and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the code editor in Wix Studio is not very good when trying to add custom HTML and CSS code. This leads to improper functionality and errors in rendering the web page. Additionally, I am disappointed that the platform does not support adding JavaScript code effectively, which limits the ability to enhance web functionality through scripting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Wix Studio to design web pages quickly and easily, achieving results in 1 or 2 days, thanks to its simple interface. However, it lacks robust code editing capabilities, leading to potential issues with HTML and CSS.

I am frustrated with the customer support experience, specifically the chat bot feature. The bot provided repetitive answers that were not helpful, which prolonged resolution time unnecessarily. This inefficiency made me feel discouraged, as I was stuck with the bot for a long time before getting assistance from a human agent. The encounter resulted in wasted time and energy as the automated responses were inaccurate and unhelpful. I believe the AI bot requires significant improvement to enhance user experience and streamline support. Additionally, the repetitive nature of the bot's responses was aggravating and made me feel like the process was going nowhere.

I have been using Wix Studio for a couple of years as a remote freelancer running a web design company. I appreciate the ease of use, which makes my workflow smoother and more efficient. The wide range of features offered by Wix Studio is crucial for my business, as no two clients want the same thing. The inbuilt features, such as templates, apps, stores, and AI creation, are highly beneficial as they help bring my clients' visions to life and save a lot of time. I find the support system impressive; it is some of the best I've dealt with, as they are quick to respond and take their time to help. Additionally, being able to earn commissions on some of the sites I create adds financial benefits to my business. The initial setup of Wix Studio was super easy, and it has seamlessly become an integral part of my work. Overall, these aspects make Wix Studio not only valuable but also a tool that I would highly recommend to others.

There are some missing features but overall nothing.

I can create sites without coding, that is the best thing I can do.
Wix Studio - A UI Designer's perspective
What do you like best about the product?
From a UI perspective, its flex-based layout system and viewport-level responsiveness finally bridge the gap between no-code and professional front-end design tools. The design tokens, layer management, and component reuse features make it feel more like working in Figma or Webflow than classic Wix.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty much nothing! It feels an allrounder but I can't say much because other tool in this competition I haven't explored much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has a better understanding & usage of using developer tools. Normally if you / someone tries to build from scratch it takes a lot of time & you know the pain of debugging, which is absolutely intended to be available at all cost when kicking off. So yes, their dev tool, live code generation is the savior for me & solves this problem.

For the most part it is user friendly, easy to get around and navigate too.

Sometimes changes are made and users are not made aware of where things got moved to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was an issues with saving changes that I had made, it took about a month to resolve but now I have no issues!
