Intuitive Platform with Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
I find Wix Studio to be more intuitive than other platforms I've tried, which makes learning it much easier for a novice like me. The automated campaign features are particularly exciting and seem promising for our small not-for-profit organization. I also appreciate having a dedicated Wix Coach who has been awesome and patient, helping me through the setup process and connecting me with other Wix experts as needed. The customer support deserves a 10 plus! With Wix Studio, I feel like I have a team working behind the scenes with me, enhancing our marketing efforts, even though I am a one-person show.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix Studio is intuitive and supports automated campaigns, vital for my nonprofit role. It makes previously complex web updates simple and feels like having extra team members, which boosts my confidence and efficiency.

It’s very user-friendly. You can build things in an easy way, and it lets you make what you want.

The open way gives you the freedom to do things your own way, but sometimes less is better—especially when you can find what you want already ready.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix solved the problem of being on the web with a website in a way I really love, because it’s easy to use and perfect for showing my work.
Empowered Our Web Development with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to use Wix Studio. It's great that it includes various apps and add-ons like events, shopping, and SEO integration, which are very helpful in our projects. It's also a big plus that we can develop and create websites without needing a deep knowledge of coding, which has been very helpful for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's some glitches and bugs here and there. The general Wix support team or tech support isn't as helpful as our account manager. They could use a more client-facing approach, rather than just saying no to different things. Also, Wix doesn't have all the options we would like, such as a drive to synchronize files, so we end up using another provider and embedding the code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Wix Studio to develop and create websites without needing deep coding knowledge. It provides useful apps and add-ons like events and shopping, making it easy to manage everything within the Wix ecosystem.
Flexible Design, Few Deployment Hurdles
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility in design and the agile sort of design framework of Wix Studio. It gives us the ability to design fast and without really much in the way of limitations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dynamic CMSs are a bit of a tough point for us because they're live, and we don't have a staging site. If we were pushing something large, we would have to create our own test site, test it, and then rebuild it again on the live site. Once rebuilding it on the live site, we have to be careful because the CMSs on the back end that are auto set to live don't allow us to have a safe way of publishing new content. We had a few major stumbling blocks like geolocation issues and significant issues with the HubSpot integration that lasted for a few months. We also faced a lot of security concerns from our security team. Wix Studio is probably a little too expensive for personal projects.

Wix Studio helps bring users to my corporate website and generates leads for sales.
A Wide Range of Creative Possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
I like the wide range of creative things it can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to mention—maybe just the backend formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m having trouble connecting our Branded App to the Google Play Store. Wix is currently reviewing the issue to see how they can help me get it resolved.
Helpful Support, but Some Features Take Time to Learn

The support team is helpful and makes me feel comfortable using the platform.

It can be a bit tricky to figure out some of the features at first; however, that just takes time, like anything else.

What do you like best about the product?
Ergonomics, ease of use and implementation, no need for coding. It's intuitive. The relationship with the sales representative is excellent.

More Paywalls and Disappointing Support Than Before
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, flexible design options, and support for shoppable sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not as easy to use as the old Wix. There seem to be more paywalls than before, and the customer service has been disappointing.

It’s easy to create websites and then transfer them to clients.
User-Friendly Platform with Impressive Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve created tons of websites using Wix studio. It is user-friendly, beginner-friendly, and has a lot of integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the high fees and I wish they offer more website themes. Also contacting Support is almost impossible. They should make that easier.
