User-friendly interface
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using ManageEngine Endpoint Central for managing endpoints in my organization, and I must say that it has been an amazing experience. The interface is incredibly easy to use. It provides a comprehensive set of features that allow me to effectively manage the devices in my organization. I highly recommend ManageEngine Endpoint Central
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much I can think of at the moment. It has always been a pleasure to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To easily manage and administer my organisational devices.
High Potential, but has some broken features
What do you like best about the product?
The product is amazing with the breadth of features it provides, but when it works. I also like the fact that it has its own mobile application. The interface is nice and gives a modern feel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many features are either broken. or configured in a way which makes the solution less useful. Like having to wait 90 minutes to retry an installation of any thing we push to our users, even if we chose PUSH IMMEDIATELY! Push Notifications to users is broken and shows to a small amount of users as well.
Unfortunately, their mobile app does not work with SSO, it only accepts basic password!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching all systems with software updates to give some sense of assurance that our users devices are up to date and patched against known CVEs. The vulnerability dashboard also provides a clear view of our current status which helps us either go more lean or more harsh when it comes to push updates to users, even if they are annoying.
Endpoint Central is great, makes managing a large estate easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like the 3rd part app patching. Really useful feature that makes our security team happy, so saves me a lot of time
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a few more options for dynamic groups, such as being able to create groups based on device models. Also more self remediation options, such as when endpoints don't patch, show more ways to resolve the issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great patch reporting and third party patch management. Really a great benefit in a large estate that helps keep the security team happy
Best tool for centralised endpoint management
What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about endpoint central is the ability to manage all the endpoints and security features in one platform. Best tool for system admins where in a single platform we get them all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to be specific, e learning can be made more easier with screen shots like microsoft tutorials
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralised platform , we get it all in one portal. Reporting is simplified, asset management and compliance of all security is covered by using endpoint central.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Agents on computers only check-in once every 90 minutes which is not ideal when trying to deploy critical vulnerability fixes
- Setting up computers to check-in from outside the network is not clear
- Setting up computers to check-in from outside the network is not clear
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vulnerability management and visibility of our patch levels
Cost effective, easy to implement solution compared to competitiors.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup, use and implement on servers and workstations. Found patching to be a breeze and super simple to make packages. Pricing was fare and the reports on vulneribilites make it easy to see which machines need some work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an option for doing N minus 1 for patching and reporting. It always wants you to be on the latest patch and if you turn off supersede then it makes it look worse than it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching is always an issue. EPC makes it easy to patch servers even if the interface is a bit clunky at times. It is a much better solution than what Microsoft offers.

Managing comapany's assets
What do you like best about the product?
It helps you to accomplish lots of different management tasks inside your infrastructure, including patching, inventory, seucirty, and remote assistance. In addition the support is very effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some major bugs that affect the overall usability of the product and lacks some basic functionality. For example, it would be very useful to be able to track the percentage of completion of a deplyed configuration, instead of just seeing "yet to apply"

It helps me easily manage complex infrastructure by centralizing and automating the management of daily activities.

We use it primarily for remote access to troubleshoot issues in field computers. It allows admin level access unlike Quick Assist.
