Review of encryption
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to encrypt and has options to catch if potential sensitive material is in email
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs a code every time an encrypted e-mail is open and some state and county agencies are unable to open e-mails so not always efficient from one agency to another
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtu allows e-mail communication with families securely and they do not have to remember a password which can be helpful at times.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to encrpyt my emails using Virtru. I love the ease of opening encrypted emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I'm forwarding some of the emails, I cannot see the original email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love being reminded to encrypt an email before I'm about to send the email which helps our company prevent fines from HIPAA violations

Some people have difficulties getting encrypted emails especially from their phones

Being able to share protected information easily

very simple to use, I like how people can reply to me with virtru encryption even if they don't have it

for specific users in our company that are using their gmail accounts in Outlook, when they receive replies from Virtru, if there were attachments on previous emails in the chain, they receive all files from the entire chain, which could be confusing

sharing sensitive data (such as compensation) through email

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Virtru is a gmail product. Its easy to give new employees work email and they seem to be able to learn Virtu pretty easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were required to use encrypted emails by one big contracts and even several years in our clients (the same ones who required us to encrypt emails) ask us weekly to send our emails unencrypted because they can't figure out how to open them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to send client information back and forth safely and to keep our government contract
Secure messaging allows you to continue to be HIPAA compliant

I like that we remain compliant utilizing the Virtru platform. I also like Virtrus ability to integrate with my mobile devices.

The app can be a bit difficult to sync with my phone

Utilizing the Virtru platform, we can pretty effortlessly remain HIPAA compliant

When we share information and attachment with the client, they are not able to access it via phone

The end-user sometimes has difficulty figuring out how to open the files.

We are no able to ensure that sensitive information is sent securely and safely and is sent to only the intended recepient
Virtru is Great!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of Virtru's email encryption the best. Virtru is only a browser extension, so it doesn't take up too much space on your computer. With a click of a button, you can securely send an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. In terms of email encryption, Virtru gets the job done perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've also used Virtru to transfer confidential personnel documents. I've also recently discovered the app, which helps when my computer isn't available
