Good to protect Privacy

Nothing I dislike other than it takes a few seconds to open up.

It is essential to encrypt and protect online patient information and Virtru allows you to do that securely and confidently.

The payment per month is higher than I would like.

It's straightforward to use when you need to send emails containing sensitive information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't work with Firefox. It would be better if it worked across all browsers.

The problem of needing to send sensitive information over email. I'm glad to have a way to do that with confidence.
Using Virtru allows for secure control over an email message.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to "pull back" and email after it has been sent. Basically gives us the ability to cancel the content or invalidate the email content at any time as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the recipient is not a Virtru user, their onboarding could be a chore for non-tech savvy older users. Having them install the add-on or use something outside of their native email application is difficult at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtru allows our staff to send private data encrypted to the recipient. And gives us the ability to "cancel" or "pull back" the message if the content is no longer valid.

What do you like best about the product?
Helpful in sending secure documents to patients via email such as lab reports and other HIPAA related info.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to reinstall it. Could be a problem with my work computer however

I can't send messages through my EMR so virtru allows me to do this securely through email

What do you like best about the product?
Protection at it best and very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that virtu is so expensive. I think it is a great program, but I think it is too expensive for what it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recently had a problem with a piece of software I was using and Virtru was able to help me solve it quickly and easily. Their customer service is excellent and they were able to answer all of my questions. This experience has definitely benefits me and I will be sure to use Virtru again in the future.
Great Resource for secure email delivery

That it's so easy to do, just a click of a button.

Can't really think of anything negative to say

It is allowing us to send secure emails, and documents, without having to have a separate program installed, or paid for.

The ease of use is 2nd to none. The ability to add criteria to the environment is easy

The Linux environment is ok, but not a lot of people know Linux.

Encryption emails. In our organization, it is imperative to use encryption.
