Ease of use Encryption Software
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy for my staff to encrypt sensitive emails and Google Drive encryption. We are a dedicated Google Workforce shop!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get hung up trying to read an email sent to a group email. I have to go through a few additional steps to open it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtru keeps our sensitive data secure and helps us stay compliant with NYS regulations.
An user friendly option to make sure information is shared in a secure, safe method.
What do you like best about the product?
Virtu provides the option for use without searching for the "on" button.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It is easy to use and easy to implement

Confidentiality of client and fiscal information.

Virtru deployment and setup was very easy and the end users have no trouble with its functions.

I'm struggling to find something I dislike about Virtru.

We need email encryption and Google Drive encryption for law enforcement, attorneys and human resources.
Best easier software to use to secure messages
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with Gmail- low cost.able to use it on Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it has to be reloaded after awhile. Does not work with integrated with mobile Gmail have to use separate qpp. Very slow loading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securing messages. And documents.

Sometimes users are not activated right away in the control center via Google SSO

What do you like best about the product?
Virtru was one of the first products I looked at for encryption of protected information in email that would work with different email providers at a reasonable price structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is there are some companies that tell me their company policies will not allow them to open some of the encrypted email sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending and receiving patient information using Virtru assures me I am meeting HIPAA guidelines.
It works well but suggests it be used too often when it is not needed.

Encryption for sensitive emails that is easy to use.

Asking me to encrypt emails that don't need to be encrypted.

Straightforward, Simple, and Safe
What do you like best about the product?
The simplest thing about Virtu is that it works with the click of a button. And that's it! You can securely send a private document without the fear of someone else obtaining it. It is dependable, reliable, and super easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
None. I have had no issues or problems with Virtru. Sometimes it will have me occasionally log back in for security purposes, but that is actually a good thing.

Sending and receiving private documents through Virtru ensures that the data and content is sent safely and securely. This is huge in IT and data-related jobs, which is the field I am in.
Easy to use and implement
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, especially with the chrome plugin! It is easy to toggle on and off as well, so you aren't excessively making emails encrypted.
What do you dislike about the product?
The google drive option can be annoying at times, because the 2 options popup and shoot the list down and can cause you to click a different field (like delete) when you wanted something else (like download)

It solved our encryption and privacy issues. Now it makes our company look more secure and trustworthy because we encrypt important information.
