Virtu has been a positive experience, and makes me feel safe when sending sensitive information.
What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful is that Virtu makes me feel like my information is protected.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is least helpful is that sometimes if someone forwards me a message, I am unable to see it because Virtu has blocked it.

Keeping information protected, confidential and safe. It is benefiting me by supporting my need to send information that is sensitive.

What do you like best about the product?
Virtu is simple and easy to use. I appreciate that it automatically senses sensitive information and activates itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has yet to fail me. It has secured my data and I haven't experienced any glitches or errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtu is protecting PHI - protected health information - sent to my clients and providers that I work with. The 2 step verification is simple and if my clients need help, I'm able to easily describe how to complete the verification.
Great app to send secure documents
What do you like best about the product?
It is easily accessed and simple to use for our patients. There are only a few issues with it operating, and we can easily refer patients online for assistance opening their Virtru emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how often you have to reactivate the Virtru on your emails when you have several inboxes. It becomes time-consuming to reactivate on a dime. Also, giving the customers different options to open can sometimes be confusing to our older customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not aware of any problems that are needing to be solved. This program works great with no down time from our experience. We have always had great success using it.
A Very Reliable, Trusted & Secured Service that you can count on!
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful features include Virtru always scanning an attached document for sensitive data first and then automatically securing/encrypting the email if such data is found. This is very helpful, consistent, and relied on in the event that a user forgets to turn on Virtru manually...it turns itself on manually when needed! :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside to Virtru that I can think of is that some external, 3rd=party providers (such as large financial institutions like Chase & Wells Fargo, etc.) will say they have trouble opening the "Virtru encrypted" emails on their end. So this is the only problem I've come across that hinders the Virtru experience....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of always keeping health information extremely confidential is the problem Virtru is solving. Ensuring that we always protect this sensitive information is how it benefits our agency.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
That it can be turned on and off easily,
What do you dislike about the product?
Some recipients aren't able to open attachments
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protects clients personal info
Decent, but not as accessible. Attachments are annoying.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy for me, as the sender to use. I like that it takes one click to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are quite a few recipients that struggle opening/accessing the emails sent. I also dislike how it turns images (like in signature lines) into attachments. It confuses many. I also dislike that it sends original attachments and then in the same email conversation if someone responds with an attachment, it says "unencrypted" but you still have to scroll through every attachment to see it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to use email encryption all day, every day. This is an easy tool to use to do that.
Very secure and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
It is safe to send sensitive information. It is easy to use attached documents and open them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult for technically challenged people (like some of our clients over 65 y.o)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information, private information, and health information with our clients.
Excellent
What do you like best about the product?
It helps to communicate with outside vendors with sensitive patient information
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for it to open like a regular email instead of opening a new window

What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to use. It is an easy way to send confidential information. I appreciate that the person I'm sending it to does not have to have a license to open the files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some people cannot open the email/files when I send them. Also, sometimes I have to resend it. It will not go and I have to close my email and reopen it. It normally will send after that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to send sensitive information without the fear of someone else getting it. It makes me more productive by not having to save files in multiple places.
Easy to use, secure.
What do you like best about the product?
It's part of the platform as an add on so it's easy to use and the prompt message helps you double check if an email needs to be secure
What do you dislike about the product?
Its price is a bit high. Adding additional licenses can take some time as a representative needs to be reached.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with sending secure, confidential information.
