Great for privacy
What do you like best about the product?
It has been easy to use for sending information in a secure and private way. I love the ability to use it easily with patients and providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only disadvantage is having to have patients click to see information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves some security concerns.
Virtru Email Encryption fails to meet expectations
What do you like best about the product?
The very basic funtionality of the Email Encryption s inconsistent. But I like the platforms simple design and easy of operation. It is also intuitive to navigate and avoid confusing multiple setps to enable the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The basic encryption service is very inconsistent. Encryption functionality does not always work causing failure of email deliveries and delays in work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sucures and protects data and sentitive information including Personal Identifiable Information, financial details, and confidential business communications.
I've had great experiences using Virtru as I send a lot of emails each day/week

What do you like best about the product?
I use Virtru Email Encryption daily to maintain client cofidentiality. Its fuctionality is efficient and user-friendly. It was easy to install.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sending encrypted email to providers outside of the organization is often slow and difficult on the recieving end. They report being caught in a buffering loop for long periods, even days. Both internally and externally, email attachments often require a second authentification which is time consuming.

Virtru helps ensure client confidentiality.

Very helpful when swending info to patient's via email.

There is nothing I dislike about it at all.

Easy to use and secure
What do you like best about the product?
Virtru make it super easy to encrypt any email that may contain sensitive information. It's a quick toggle on and then send.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most difficult thing about ecryption is when an email is forwarded to me that I wasn't originaly on. This makes it so I'm unable to see the contents of the email even though it was meant for me.

Sending sensitive information securely.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Virtru Email Encryption because it keeps information confidential. It is also very easy to use. I utilize Virtru every day. It is very easy to implement. Whenever I experience a problem, customer support is always quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It is great. I like everything about it.

Confidential information getting out to the wrong people.
It has been very helpful and I have not experienced any issues with the software.

I like that it checks my emails for PHI and suggests that i encrypt it.

Downside is that sometimes I can't send my email without enryption, but the person on the other end doesn't use Virtru.

It is securing information that is being sent. Minimizing risk for hacking of information.
Easy way to keep confidential information secure
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and straight forward, it also allows us to keep important information secure. I use this on a daily basis for my day to day tasks. It was easy to integrate into my email workflow. I have not needed to reach their customer support team yet.

I don't have any big gripes, it does what it says and it does what I need consistently!
