What do you like best about the product?
The trainings provided by the instructors were very helpful. The training portal as well was very nice and simple to use and learn. The platform on its own is very nicely built and makes creating bots very streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some points like, variable naming convention is not supported globally. For example in data tables if we define a variable "account_number" the underscore cant be used in other places such as digital forms which makes development a little tricky.

Helping creating and managing the SDLC of chatbots

What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly and a low code platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform sometimes laggs , need to refresh when it laggs most of the time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.ai is providing an end to end platform with low?no code .It is easy to use and comes in with lot of integration faciliities for the external platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I actually liked using kore.ai for making a chatbot and its pretty simple to use, make on this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site and instructions are pretty good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think its removing the need for learning everything for basic and utilising the basic algos available currently.

What do you like best about the product?
The claim of KoreAI stands true because being a developer the ease of creating a conversational AI solution was something un-imaginable. The deployment is also very seamless with the ease of integrating and implementing with multiple channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few bug fixes which can be worked upon, like data check in the forms and compulsory use of scripts while auto populating forms based on context data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of writing long tedious code KoreAI provides a very simple low code solution which facilitates for steady creations of virtual assistants.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that frequently using bookmarks causes them to shift positions, which makes them difficult to manage and edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.AI is solving the problem of developing and managing complex conversational AI systems with ease. Its intuitive interface and comprehensive training streamline the process of building virtual assistants, allowing me to quickly implement advanced features and integrations. This has significantly increased my productivity and ability to deliver sophisticated solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
The latest version of platform now integrates Generative AI in all the possible ways, making it even easier for us to create chatbots and flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Random stutters and glitches while using the platform. it doesn't properly load the dialogflows some times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had implemented some internal chatbots within JnJ. those are completly built on kore.ai from ground up. it includes internal ticketing systems, answering FAQs related to this system
