What do you like best about the product?
Easy to built bot and get integrated and good ui use

application is litle slow. other than that functionality wise i felt drawback

it is solving problem of the problem so that no problem exists and it is helpful for me so i help in building convetrsational solutions

Its can be better the User responses , sometime this platform lags and gets stuck,o hterwise its a great platform to build chat apps

Using API, it solves a lot of issues and gives flexibility to use api also it allows custom javascript which is very helpful in building robust chatapps
Its a quite one of the good platforms to develop a bot and integration it to other apps.
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with other apps and simple UI. It is so simple as it is having a straight forward approach in developing the bot.Implementing the bot is also so simple, all you need is a url thats all. Customization of the bot is a highlight.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much but a little improvement is needed in processing the utterances and training the bot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem which we faced was L1 support so we came with an idea to develop an agent to cut out the time of the response. So after implementing the idea as a solution using kore ai, we see a dramatic change from customer as they got impressed by the bot. Using the bot we are able to provide voice support also and add on to that we are able to connect multiple apps across platforms, using that we are able to perform multiple operations at ease.

What do you like best about the product?
The Ui and the easyness of api calls. Accessing test chatbot while building the bot was super helpful. Easy Implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, It can lag for a bit. Would've been very helpful if NLP settings were more basic

As of now XO11 is a little bit slow and laggy.

What do you like best about the product?
The Platform comprises of "Comprehensive NLP Capabilities", "Omnichannel Deployement" and provides the Customization and Flexibility which plays a pivotal role in the robust performance of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The concern that I had faced is the system lags a bit ,when ever I perform any NLP configurations sometimes. So, as a enthustiatic learner it will be great hurdle to check with what has gone wrong.

I loved how simple and easy it is to use, plus the fact that it is capable of having so many tools available and complementary such as AI.

On the other hand, I didn't really like that it was so complex to use the APIs or that some of their tools had such slow feedback.
