Easy to use platform with not much coding knowledge

What do you like best about the product?
Very Intuitive and easy to use. The bot builder is designed as per the bot development life cycle and that makes it easy for non technical guys also to develop bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many features are there. All might not be useful for every type of role.
The platform can be customized as per the user role and type of bot to be developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Chatbots can optimize the time of the marketing and sales team to generate leads. The AI gives the bot a human touch which increased the user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Perfect blend of Conversational AI and Digital UX. Use of usage.

Nothing specific to point out right now.

Helps me design the bot seamlessly without having to worry about the coding aspect. One can put creativity into play.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent training, easy to use platform software and great functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing I disliked, the training is comprehensive to cover all the functionaily. A series of short videos post training would be good to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have developed a solution to improve and automate customer service when deployed it will eliminate the need for two employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Friendly user interface and detailed documentation.
Easy to create and practice.
No code platform made it easier for beginners.
Continuous upgradation to new versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not an exact downside but the documentation and training are entirely based on chatbot only. IVR channel should also be highlighted.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Utterance recognition while making voice calls.
More convenient to use IVR instead chatbot.
Using this Kore.ai platform, we can deliver bots successfully to the clients

What do you like best about the product?
Whenever I stack some where to find the funtionality of plateform kore.ai support team is very fast responce your issue.

1) The First fall provides debugging your own chatbot to find and resolve the issues.
2) Kore.ai provide a strong community developer to solve your query and respond very fast (Most of the issue you can already find on community sites).
3) Somehow, if you have not found any resolution from those points, then you can use the "support.kore.ai" mail id to get the resolution (My personal experience that is getting very fast responses from them).
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using kore.ai for the last one year continuously but did not find anything to stop my project. If anything happens, they provide fast resolutions.
At till time, I have no dislike for the kore.ai platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is related to Hospitality, Airlines, and Customer support, where we have used API calling, AI Intents and Knowledge Graph functionality and many more provided by kore.ai

What do you like best about the product?
Additional Integrations like web sdk, botkit are very helpful in improving user experience and the bots ui and smart assist are state of art designs. They have very good sentiment management and importantly supporting channels. Kore.ai is supporting almost all channel like web, whatsapp, messenger, slack etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
for few languages, local accent support in smart assist is yet to be imporved. Apart from that, nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
kore.Ai is a leader in conversational AI services and they have very good platform for developing chatbots and voice bots. As a developer, I have worked with botkit and websdk which gave me an opportunity to learn new technologies.

What do you like best about the product?
Platform gives you everything in one place like FAQ, Dialog Management can be done using same platform. Also provides notifications, webhooks ability, events configurations and tons of channels to integrate with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes training of utterances takes more than 20 to 30 minutes of time. Sometimes Bot which are there in stores, does not work like content variables or env variables does not work. Kindly provide the manual with Bots those are in Stores.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.ai provides full fledge CHatbot implementation platform by giving hooks for live agent, botkit to write your own logic of intent identification. Secondly it gives both cloud and on-prem version of installations.
