What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to learn. The interface is very friendly for building. I am very much interested to learn with this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing much to dislike, but two days training can be increased to 3days with less hours. That would be comfortable to attend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Innovative platform, no - code tools and solutions are used to deliver end to end customers and employee experiences.

What do you like best about the product?
Omnichannel Integartion,Agent Connect, Smart Assist, low code,API Integration, NLP, NLP Insights, Very active support, Easy to write flows, easily implimented, Configure Own LLM,Intergate any system easily
What do you dislike about the product?
No RBAC feature in search assist,Search assit
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Kore.ai I can easily build Voice bots and connect user with Live agent using smart assist, integrating API's with no hustle

Development training for AI chatbot .. learnt many things like NLP engine, Intent and entity patterns

All things are good I like the help system in paltform where we can check related to topic documentation and more facilites like auto generating utrrance and more events

nothing major i founf but sometime website cache issue infaced and lagging becase of that faced dificulties

I made Chat bot for user interaction for ease communications so there is benefit user can connect virtual and digitally easy to add in website and also have lots of featyre can provide in chat bot

What do you like best about the product?
The xo platform is is very user-friendly
The work flow is pretty simple and user-friendly. Auto save option makes developers life easy.
The NLP configuration is easy. I feel even non IT back ground people can build bots.
Deploy and publish options are pretty simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
While interacting with data base,I felt inconvenience. It would be good if you can make it more user friendly to retrieve data and add new data atleast for some testing purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are exploring the business in conventional chats area.

The platform was easy to use and implementation was fast .It offers numerous features which helps in easy undertanding and applying your logics more efficently.The customer support service was very quick.The video conferencing was best and here you get your questions and doubt instantly solved by the tutor.It also offers intergration services which was easy to use and can be used frequently.
