What do you like best about the product?
When we integrated Gladly with Grammarly Business, our work became much more efficient and easier. Checking canned responses and creating new emails have been a wonderful experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I love that we are using Grammarly Business, what I dislike most is setting the tone of the whole response or paragraph, which can sometimes be erroneous. The tone changes from friendly to formal with just a single space after a sentence. It's occasionally inconsistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business is a great tool for creating new emails and canned responses to provide the best customer service experience. It is quite easy to use, and suggestions on how to make the tone aligned with the company's goals is super helpful.

Amazing and vast features which help in everyday communications- both versions (free and premium) are worth trying out. The costs for the premium version are completely justified based on the outcomes achieved for me through the trial version. The best part is the google extension- since it saves me the hassle of downloading the version for my Mac.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Grammarly for a while now, even before I joined Tucows and I loved the free version that I was using. But now with access to Grammarly business the game has changed. It works with almost all systems and tools that I use for work and I don't think I could honestly work without it ever again.
I really have very weak grammar skills learning my English mostly from tv growing up but Grammarly has not only helped with corrections and writing but it also helps teach me by reminding me of those corrections.

sometimes the Grammarly widget it tends to hover over the exact point that I need to edit and yes that can be a bit of a pain when trying to urgently write something where you don't necessarily agree with the Grammarly suggestion

It's helping me sound articulate, accurate and clear in my messages which for me is very important as my company is remote first and we all mainly work from home.

I have published 3 blogs, co-authored 2 books, written ebooks, social media captions with the help of Grammarly. It allows you to choose your goals - whether you want them to be general or storytelling in nature, etc. It gives you a score as you write and points out all the mistakes. This is my best writing app !

I do a lot of my writing on my phone, I wish that Grammarly had a mobile app so we could write on the go. I would also love to see a feature that helped us to create SEO optimised content.
