A Professional Necessity
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps me the most when it comes to my tone. It lets me know if I'm coming off as too passive, too strong, or even too monotone. This is very important in my position as a manager when sending emails/notes to other employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly is too smart for itself. If you have a spelling mistake or grammatical error, it'll prompt you to correct it. Sometimes it's an unnecessary correction to a part of your sentence that throws off the rest of the sentence if you accept the suggestion. So, don't only rely on Grammarly's suggestions and make sure to proof read yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me understand my tone when it comes to digital communication. The spelling and grammar checks are the biggest benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool helps our entire team write more accurately and with a more consistent style. We appreciate being able to rest confidently on the tool, equipping our team to communicate more professionally.
What do you dislike about the product?
One disadvantage is the "annoyance" of the red flagging to members, especially in areas we feel are incorrect, which discourages use. I have observed recommendations and even red flags on areas that I disagree with so are not preferred. It would be helpful to have a few additional preferences in settings to assist in encouraging buy-in for the overall team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate and professional communication as a business. Ensuring that the team overall is better represented.
I love Grammarly, it lets me feel confident every time I send out communication!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammar has never been my strong suit. I am a creative writer, but making sure that everything had proper punctuation was something I couldn't excel at. I write as part of my job, and overall, Grammarly understands the voice and tone I use and improves my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the plugin worked a little more smoothly; often, I need to refresh my pages for it to even appear as an option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business has really helped me be able to feel more confident in my writing ability. I have always been a creative thinker and writer, but since the beginning of time I had issues with knowing all the grammar rules. With this I am able to turn a weakness into a strength.
The best tool for business writing ever invented!
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Grammarly in college and had no idea how much I would come to depend on it in my daily work life. This tool makes me look like a rockstar whenever I compose anything from emails to letters to even postcards and other collateral we use at work. I would be lost without the suggestions I'm given; even when I think I've nailed it, Grammarly always finds a better way to relay what I am trying to say (like it just did as I was typing this review, haha).
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions are wrong (especially when using it in contract language). I can always ignore the advice but it's like a seatbelt dinger; it just keeps asking me and asking me if I want to make changes even after I've said no.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an excellent second or third set of eyes for the materials we send for printing. It's saved costly hard-to-catch mistakes more than once. Also suggestions for emails to set the tone is great.
Grammarly = Mad Copy Writing Skills
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly does a great job catching little tweaks and edits I wouldn't otherwise catch- particularly in today's VERY BUSY working world. I was a skeptic and didn't know how much I'd utilize the tool (or what it would even catch since I considered myself a strong writer from the start), but I've been impressed and I am so glad I use the tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes that I have seen or experienced so far- no complaints on my end! If I HAD to nit-pick, I'd say Grammarly could do a better job showing teams the higher caliber level product the free version versus the paid version gets you...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I did not know that Grammarly Business had an AI writing feature OR a plagiarism check mechanism- perhaps that was on me and I missed the note but those tools would be handy to me. Particularly when some team members are working harder than others or when time is not on your side. To answer the question, I'd say grammar edits are the most beneficial benefit to me!

It will reframe and improve your comments making your communication a little more polished.

Sometimes I find when using outlook that the correction lines are off.

Grammarly helps with my punctuation and grammatical errors, which helps increase my confidence in writing.
I can't do my job without Grammarly Business
What do you like best about the product?
Its predictive features are compelling. While spelling is important the sentence structure suggestions are outstanding. I also love that it can work everywhere and on all documents. From word docs to emails, even in Microsoft Teams, it makes me a better writer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product can sometimes be glitchy, especially the integrations. The main app works fine, but its real power is how it can be used on webpages, outlook, word, and more. When it goes beyond its own app it can glitch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me write appropriately to my audience. I have ADHD and many times, I don't think to check my writing. I also did not have great writing training growing up, nor do I have the desire to be precise. Grammarly does it for me. I use it on every email, every reply, almost every message I make and I am so thankful to have it. I would not be as successful as I am today if it were not for Grammarly. It also helped me write this review better as I made mistakes every minute writing this.
Very helpful for nonprofits
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business is very intuitive to use and manage. We got a nonprofit license, and it has been helping all our staff (from the CEO to analysts) write more clearly and submit better grant proposals. Aside from having a licensing program for NGOs, it constantly teaches users how to communicate better and not rely on it for corrections.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I can point out anything we dislike about Grammarly for Business. It works virtually with no delays, has its own AI thing (GrammarlyGo), and works on every platform we operate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As stated before, we are a non-profit in a non-English speaking country. Still, we interact with several organizations from English-speaking countries, meaning a good portion of our communications is done in a language that not everyone at the office is fully proficient in. Grammarly Business saves a lot of time from those in the office who are fluent in English and it encourages more people to engage in our global programs.
Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it offers a quick copy editor to any project we are working on as individuals or as a team. The feedback is instant, and you can read into why they suggest changes to improve your writing style.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any feedback on disliking any of the features. It's been great for our nonprofit team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me on all platforms. It works in the browser when I am working in Canva or other cloud-based platforms, it works in Word/PowerPoint AND it's live in my emails. I don't have to think about it because it's easy and integrated into my work.
Incredibly easy to use, huge value add
What do you like best about the product?
The product is incredibly well designed, which makes it easy to use everywhere I'm writing. Email is my most commonly used venue, but having the plug-ins installed on my web browser means that I get corrections everywhere else I'm writing online as well as in Slack and other documents (powerpoint, etc.).
The corrections are clearly identified, and I find most of them super helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
I suppose if it were cheaper we would roll it out more widely with all of our employees, which we haven't done yet. We're an early, bootstrapped company though so our budgets are especially small. I do think it's a fairly priced product given the value it delivers.
The mobile keyboard layout/dimensions are slightly different than my iPhone's standard keyboard, which leads to a lot of typos. I tend not to use it on mobile for that reason.
