Pros and Cons of Grammarly
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly really helps create a certain voice when speaking with my clients. Whether I want to sound formal, casual, professional, etc, Grammarly has me covered

Ensuring that my grammar is accurate when checking in with my clients

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business helps to ensure we stay on brand with the company style guide, recommends replacements to deter repetition, identifies sentences that might be too wordy, and allows you to dismiss suggestions if you need to use something particular.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I'm using it on my phone in text messages, it gets in the way of autocorrect, and I have to turn it off. Otherwise, I end up with misspellings and incorrect words.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly reduces proofreading time and the number of people needed to review. It streamlines the writing and proofing process, which increases our team's productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammerly helps in professional communication in all applications! When typing fast to get your sentences out of your mind, it helps you correct spelling, grammar, and even sentence structure to assist with clarity. The feature of detecting your message's tone is great when sending a professional email. The newest feature of GrammerlyGo is an amazing AI tool to assist with identifying gaps in your message and giving ideas for improvement to make your communication concise and informative.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't LOVE about Grammarly. You didn't know you needed it, but now you can't live without it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps us use professional and concise language when composing communications. Grammarly allows me to be more productive because I don't have to think about, or look up, grammar rules.
Like having a professional Editor on retainer!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the real-time rephrasing suggestions. They help keep an active voice front and center and supercharge my stale words into words that display originality, which helps me become a better writer!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can not think of any within the tools we can access. As a user of the non-profit version, we don't have access to the plagiarism tool. Having access would help review papers received through our not-for-profit online Bible school.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My writing has improved dramatically thanks to the assistance provided. I appreciate how it identifies grammatical errors and automatically corrects them. Whenever I notice an error highlighted, I feel eager to investigate it further, as it often presents an opportunity for me to learn something new.
The Solid-ness of Grammarly
What do you like best about the product?
It makes me seem smart when writing to other colleagues both internally and outside of the organization. Is provides me with fantastic vocabulary to get my message across
What do you dislike about the product?
Is pop up a bit too much for comfort. There are some messages which are necessary to get my point across but the Grammarly pop up is always there to suggest another method of communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have very poor spelling and need assistance with that on a constant basis. On top of that, it definitely doesn't hurt to have a better vocabulary and way of writing overall.
Grammarly is the only writing tool you'll ever need
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it does everything well. I do not require any other product, as it has all the features I could ever want. It's a one-stop-shop that can do it all.

There is nothing I dislike. I've been using the product for over three years. I can honestly say I've never had a single problem. They have a fantastic flagship product that is very robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Over the years, I've tried every tool I could find, but nothing compares to Grammarly. It works on every type of document, whether on the internet, a Word doc, notepad, or something more obscure.
It's made my life so convenient that I cannot go without it, and I would recommend this to everyone who wants to improve their writing.

Essential Writing Tool with Minor UI Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I like Grammarly a lot! It's really helpful for writing and editing articles for work. It catches little errors that might otherwise be easy to miss, and its general underlining feature helps when it senses a potential issue. Having Grammarly on while writing or editing saves me time, and the initial setup was very easy. The browser extension allows it to work wherever I do, like in Google Docs and the WordPress CMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the little popup boxes cover things I need to see on my CMS. I wish they wouldn't pop up unless clicked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly for writing and editing articles for work. It helps catch little errors I might otherwise miss and saves me time. I appreciate its underlining feature to identify potential issues.

What do you like best about the product?
As a professional writer, Grammarly business helps me catch typos and mistakes and, furthermore suggests different ways to write the message I want to communicate. It has helped me to get to know myself as a writer and expand my writing range.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't understand why I get to use Grammarly on specific platforms and others not. I am not sure how to configure that. I would love for the snippet tool to be more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write many articles and descriptions a day. It helps me catch typos and be consistent in my voice and tone. I am more productive and helps me avoid mistakes.
Makes life so much easier for Customer support agents
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Grammarly is how fast it detects typos and also the special tone suggestions it gives that it learns as you use it. It's been great coming up with alternative phrases that sound better almost all the time!
What do you dislike about the product?
It still has the occasional issues, especially when used as an extension, where it fails to work properly, failing to detect the mistakes until you refresh the page, I would prefer to use the MacOS app version but my experience with that has been even worse where the detection time is really slow on the text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me ignore any typos i make while typing fast which makes me way more efficient while working in the Customer Support field, as it is one less thing to think about while working, the extra addition of phrase suggestions lately has been amazing at making me sound more professional as well.

I use Grammarly Business daily to help write more precise and professional emails. i also use it with sentence structure and providing synomonos to help build my vocabulary.

There is not much I don't like. I find this product very helpful and useful! It has helped me improve my writing and suggests edits when needed.

Grammarly Business helps me become a better writer. I commonly have issues with structure and I can count on Grammarly Business to help me out!
