Grammarly = Gamechanger
What do you like best about the product?
Grammerly has cut the time spent wordsmithing in half. I manage several hundred clients and this has been a gamechanger.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. Sometimes I feel changing a word is splitting hairs and not that impactful, but overall my emails are more concise, and I am saving a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wordsmithing and proofreading 100's of emails a day can be a slog. Grammarly has me being faster and more precise.

AI, it is user friendly and helps me in my writing skills

I don't dislike anything about it. It is a very good resource.

Grammarly is an invaluable tool for writing leaner, cleaner copy. It has its quirks, but it can help you craft clear, concise communication material.

The UI can be intrusive, occasionally making it difficult to read what's on the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone tasked with writing and editing, Grammarly makes it far less likely that an embarrassing typo will slip through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
It fixes common mistakes made by not being a native speaker.

The biggest issue I've encountered is the lack of adapting to own tone of voice.

Makes me sound more professional, helps how internal and external stakeholders perceive my emails.

Grammarly Business seems to just get me. I use passive tone a LOT, and GB helps me sound stronger, and more confident. I also love the weekly statistics about how I'm doing, my tone, etc. I use it all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a bit buggy on websites, but if you refresh it fixes it.

Sounding business-like and confident.

Grammarly Business is both each to use and manage, as well as being very helpful in improving the writing of those who work for my company.

Grammarly Business is helping to make the writing that we do within our business more dynamic and interesting. It is helping us create marketing materials that are engaged with more.

The upsides are it is a great way to learn from your mistakes or catch any grammatical errors. Once you catch it you can adapt your writing style and pick up on the advice that Grammarly gives

It is a bit slow sometimes when it comes to Microsoft word.

I use it to proofread my reports and my emails

Grammarly is great to make sure all my writing is clear and simple. It gets my point across and makes sure to clear up any errors!

There are certain phrases I use regularly that Grammarly considers to be incorrect when in fact it is correct in my context

I'm not great at spelling and so Grammarly helps so much with that!

There are ZERO downsides. I have not found a feature that I do not like.

Helping me rewrite emails. It benefits me because I'm confident that every email I sent doesn't matter how sensitive, it always going to sound good and professional.
