I love that I can write and have suggestions for clarity and grammar that make the work better, not just technically correct. Great Functionality, Some Drawbacks
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly's ability to integrate into any application or tool that I'm using is its highlight, closely followed by the fact that I can teach it specific terms I use frequently that are unique to my company/industry. It's also a great quick proofread for minor mistakes I may not have caught, especially in applications like Excel that don't have conveniently integrated spelling and grammar checks. It's easy to install and run, and love that rules can be applied across user groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback is that it really slows down some applications (long Word documents being the worst offender), so I end up disabling it to make those applications work smoothly. It tends to slow down Outlook as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great second "set of eyes" when I'm moving quickly and may miss something, and the AI tool is really helpful to get a draft or content moving so I'm not stuck with a blank page. It isn't perfect, but it's definitely handy and saves me a little time and a number of possible mistakes.
