What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly for correcting my grammatical mistakes and improving sentence structures. I rely on it mostly as an extension for day-to-day usage. Grammarly has helped me improve my typing speed and confidence, frequently suggesting edits that I learn from. I like most that it is real-time and quickly gets the sentence idea, suggesting modifications with proper highlighting of mistyped words or phrases that might look better. The setup is easy, and there's nothing hard about using or installing it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires a subscription after a few free edits, which annoys me. It could be more lenient because spending so much on a correction tool is not preferred, as now online AI tools are available in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly to correct my grammatical mistakes and suggest better sentence structures, which improves my typing speed and confidence. Its real-time suggestions and highlights help me learn. The setup is easy, and it makes my text sound more formal if needed.

I like how it automatically ties into the Word program and suggests edits as I type and write my papers. Whenever I'm typing on my laptop, Grammarly will pop up and correct my grammar. The initial setup was so easy.

I miss an older feature that they recently took away where I could just hit a Hot Key to accept edits quickly. I now have to approve them all independently.

I find Grammarly to be very dynamic, and its response is pretty quick. When I compose an email, I appreciate not having to wait long for feedback. Grammarly quickly pops up suggestions, offering better word choices instead of ones I might have used. This responsiveness and availability of better options make using Grammarly a smooth experience.

The subscription fees are more. I would suggest there should be more offline options and collaboration with different Microsoft products and other tools like Adobe, so Grammarly works as an inbuilt tool.

Their business plans are too costly for something that can be done by ChatGPT or other AI tools for free. Over-dependency on this product is risky.

As a CSM, I need to write emails and prepare SOWs, etc., for clients that need a consistent tone and quality. Grammarly helps me with this kind of drafting, even for non-English speakers.
