What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly for all my official documents and communications, and it effectively solves typo errors and phrasing mistakes while sometimes offering better suggestions for writing. I find it to be a very helpful tool, handy, and easy to use. I particularly value its installation feature that works well with my MS Word. The initial setup of Grammarly was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it shows errors for names which technically it shouldn't. It should understand the sentence subjects and focus when the first letter is made capital; it's a name entered by the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly fixes my typo errors and phrasing mistakes, sometimes offering better suggestions for writing.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is the best tool for my business. It helps write notes for customers and correct spelling mistakes instantly. With the help of this software I am able to write notes and emails to a large numbers of customers in my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly is a great tool, but there are a few improvements that need to be made. For example, it sometimes changes the context of a sentence, which can affect the meaning. With a bit more refinement in that area, it would be even better. Overall, though, it’s still the best software I’ve used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps us write with more confidence, without having to worry about grammar mistakes or misspellings. It supports us in a really helpful way and makes the whole writing process feel easier.

I am using Grammarly to make emails, letters, or documents more correct with no grammatical mistakes. Grammarly solves all my grammar-related problems while writing. It is a very light and user-friendly tool, with no need to configure; only installation with a few easy steps, and done. Grammarly's spelling suggestions and synonyms make writing more attractive to read. The initial setup was very easy, anyone can set up Grammarly without knowledge of installation.

I think Grammarly could improve its wording dictionary with more Gen Z English wordings.

Additionally, it helps me ensure that my English sounds better, giving me more confidence and peace of mind in my messages and emails in English.

Sometimes the corrections are not that good; I prefer the corrections that ChatGPT or Cloud give me. I also think that these tools learn more and better from my tones.

Sometimes suggestions can feel overly standardized or change the intended voice, so I still review changes before accepting. A few advanced features are paywalled, and occasional false positives show up with technical terms or domain-specific writing.
