My daily companion for professional client communication

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have been relying on Grammarly for many years, starting from my university days until now in my professional career. As a Virtual Assistant, it is an essential tool for me to double check my emails and reports before sending them. It has significantly helped me communicate more professionally with different clients by catching errors in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version is quite limited compared to the premium one. Even though I find the free desktop version sufficient for my needs, the experience on mobile is not as satisfying. I feel that the mobile assistant is a bit too intrusive and interferes more than necessary while I am typing on my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly solves the problem of sending emails with embarrassing typos to my clients. It gives me peace of mind and makes me look like a native speaker, which builds more trust with the people I work with. As a Virtual Assistant, I lean on chat with people so fast so I need a software to be a my hand guide in this which I find it in Grammarly.

Grammarly: Enhances Writing Confidence with Versatile AI & Reliable Suggestions

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly for everything I type, and it has allowed me to write confidently. The Generative AI writing assistant is fantastic—it makes everything professional, can shorten or expand text, and even change the tone. I really enjoy its reliable real-time clarity and tone suggestions, and the fact that it works seamlessly across Word, Google Docs, email, and browsers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I think Grammarly needs some improvement is how some suggestions feel a bit off or not fully aligned with my writing style. One improvement I would really like to see is smarter personalization. Right now, Grammarly’s suggestions can feel a bit one-size-fits-all, especially when I am writing something more creative or using a specific tone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often make typing mistakes, but Grammarly helps me write confidently. I enjoy its Generative AI writing assistant for professionalism and tone adjustments, and its reliable real-time clarity and tone suggestions. It also works everywhere, like Word, Google Docs, or a browser.

Effective Real-Time Writing Help with Smooth Integrations Across Your Workflow

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is very effective for improving everyday writing, catching grammar, spelling, and punctuation mistakes in real time. Its suggestions around clarity, tone, and conciseness are particularly helpful when I’m drafting professional emails, reports, or documentation. It also integrates smoothly with browsers, MS Word, Google Docs, and email platforms, so it’s easy to use across different workflows without disrupting productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced suggestions are locked behind the premium version, which can feel a bit restrictive for individual users. At times, Grammarly can be overly aggressive with its recommendations and may slightly shift the intended meaning, so a manual review is still necessary. Also, technical or domain-specific writing isn’t always interpreted perfectly, which means I sometimes need to double-check those sections more carefully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly reduces writing errors and improves communication quality, especially for non-native English speakers and professionals who write frequently. It saves time on proofreading, improves confidence in written communication, and helps maintain a consistent professional tone across documents.

Essential Writing Aid with Superb Clarity Suggestions

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly mainly as a second pair of eyes for my writing. It helps me catch small mistakes, like typos and awkward phrasing, that are easy to miss. What I find most useful is how it suggests clearer sentence structures, making my writing sound more natural and professional. The tone suggestions are very helpful, ensuring my communication isn’t too harsh or too informal. I appreciate that Grammarly helps fix grammar and spelling mistakes I might overlook when proofreading on my own and offers better vocabulary choices, making my writing sound more polished. I love how it instantly makes my writing clearer and more professional, catching errors I wouldn’t notice on my own. The clarity suggestions help turn long or confusing sentences into simple, easy-to-read ones. I like how it works in the background, providing real-time suggestions, and how the interface is intuitive. Overall, Grammarly gives me confidence that whatever I write—whether emails, reports, or messages—sounds correct, natural, and well-structured.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that doesn’t always work perfectly for me with Grammarly is that some suggestions can feel too generic or slightly change the original meaning of what I’m trying to say. Occasionally, it prioritizes simplicity so much that the sentence loses a bit of personality or intended tone, especially in creative or informal writing. I’ve also noticed that it sometimes flags phrases that are actually correct in context, which means I still have to carefully review suggestions instead of accepting them automatically. Another area that could be improved is how it handles highly technical or domain-specific language, where it may suggest changes that don’t fit the subject matter. In longer documents, the number of suggestions can sometimes feel overwhelming, making it harder to decide which edits are truly important. While the tone detection feature is helpful, it isn’t always accurate and can misinterpret neutral statements as overly strong or emotional. Overall, it’s very useful, but it still requires human judgment to make sure the final writing sounds natural and keeps the intended meaning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly acts like my real-time editor, catching errors my brain autocorrects, suggesting clearer sentences, and helping with tone. It reduces my mental load, allowing me to focus on content rather than perfection in writing.

Essential Tool for Error-Free Emails

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Grammarly's ease of use. It's very easy to use and highlights the words that are mistyped and misspelled so that I can easily go through and correct those words. I find the setup quite easy to understand, even for someone with very little knowledge of using software. I appreciate how Grammarly helps me save time and effort, especially when typing fast while drafting long emails. It's really helpful for correcting misspelled words without needing to use the app itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the highlighted words, which are struck through in red, do not show the suggested word or the correct word itself. When you click on the highlighted word, it does not provide any suggestion and goes blank. These small minor bugs, if fixed, will make this tool really, really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly for correcting misspelled and mistyped words in emails, making them more readable and professional. It saves me time and effort by preventing errors and simplifying the proofreading process.

Intuitive and Effective, But Pricey

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use Grammarly while drafting emails for my professional growth. As a non-native English speaker, it helps take care of grammar issues I might have. I like the UI and features, especially the highlighting feature where I can learn about my mistakes and see the suggested wordings in a popup. Also, setting it up was easy, just a 2-minute setup from the browser extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
The PRO version is a bit costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly because as a non-native English speaker, it helps me with grammar when I'm drafting emails, showing what mistakes I make and suggesting the correct wording.

Effortless Writing Polish and Tone Adaptation with Grammarly

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Grammarly is how effortlessly it improves my writing without breaking my flow. It catches small grammar mistakes, suggests clearer phrasing, and helps my content sound more polished and confident. I also love how it adapts to different tones, whether I am writing something professional or casual. It feels less like a correction tool and more like a helpful writing partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Grammarly is that some suggestions can feel repetitive or overly strict, especially when I am writing in a more conversational or creative tone. At times, it also flags stylistic choices that are intentional, which means I still need to review suggestions carefully instead of accepting them blindly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly solves the problem of unclear, error-prone writing by acting as a real-time editor. It helps me catch grammar, spelling, and clarity issues early, which saves time during revisions. This benefits me by improving the quality of my content, boosting my confidence while writing, and helping me communicate ideas more clearly and professionally across emails, documents, and social posts.
