What do you like best about the product?
I feel like it really understands me. I might write something one way, but it refines my words and I end up thinking, yes, that's exactly what I meant, lol.

I wish I could get the premium version, but unfortunately, it's not within my budget right now.

I use it mainly to correct my statements, which is helpful because I always aim to write as properly as possible.

It’s integration using Google chrome which makes it easy to use on most of the sites and documents online.
Its intelligent grammar correction is time saver i just have to dump my thoughts on it and it underlines the mistakes and provide one click fix

It's crucial for me to have well-formatted and properly structured emails to make a good impression. Grammarly always finds my grammatical and spelling mistakes and fixes them. It can also change the tone of my emails or research papers to formal or professional, which is really helpful. For my research papers, it assists in removing plagiarism, which is very important. Setting up Grammarly is also super easy, even for someone who isn't tech-savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the subscription amount for Grammarly should be a bit lower. It's a very good tool, but the price could be more affordable. There are many other tools out there that offer similar features for free, like tone changing, paraphrasing, and editing. I feel like they should offer more affordable pricing, especially since some tools provide these services at no cost.

And if somebody's willing to be open and not wanting to use soft language, it should catch the idea, catch the intent, and let the message be the way a person is conveying.
