Polishes Writing with Smart Features
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Grammarly for writing assignments and office work because it helps me detect and correct mistakes, making my work more polished. I particularly like how it highlights and underlines errors, making them noticeable so I can easily go back and correct them at the end of my writing. I appreciate the AI tone changer feature, which lets me convert informal text into an official tone quickly, making my work faster and smoother. I also found setting up Grammarly pretty easy without any complications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes while writing, the Grammarly pop-up button, the green one, just disappears or isn't found. I have to minimize the MS Word tab, open the Grammarly app, change settings, and then check if the button appears again. Otherwise, it's tough because I have to copy and paste my work into Grammarly app to correct it. So, the disappearing pop-up is a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly highlights and underlines writing mistakes, making them easily noticeable. It helps me correct minor errors like punctuation and capitalization, ensuring my work is polished. The AI tone changer allows me to convert informal writing to a formal tone quickly and smoothly.

It has helped me a ton during my academic years, especially regarding the essays and presentation and professional emails. I can just depend on grammarly and actually focus on my work and research

I think their generative AI needs a bit of rework at how it responds and tackles a task

As I already discussed, it helped me a ton during my research and academic work from presentation to heck even, emails.

What do you like best about the product?
it is a very useful software, helps me in my day-to-day routine with fixing grammar and sentences, it makes my English sound professional by fixing all the grammatical errors, the best thing I like is that it points out the mistake by underlining the incorrect text or sentence. The plugin is simple and easy to install and makes your day-to-day tasks seamless

The working speed should be improve as sometimes it misses to correct the senence

I think one of the best features of Grammarly is how it helps improve clarity and flow in writing. It’s not just about catching grammar mistakes, but also about suggesting more concise or engaging ways to express ideas. The tone detector is pretty cool, too, because it helps adjust the writing style depending on whether you want to sound formal, casual, friendly, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I find a bit annoying about Grammarly is that it sometimes suggests changes that feel a little over-corrective, especially with more creative or conversational writing. For example, it might flag contractions or informal phrasing as errors, even though they’re perfectly fine in casual or personal writing. Also, it can be a little too "robotic" with style suggestions, not always accounting for tone or voice the way a human editor would.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly solves a lot of common writing problems, like fixing typos, grammar mistakes, and punctuation errors, which can easily slip through the cracks when you’re writing quickly. It also helps with sentence structure, clarity, and conciseness, making sure that ideas come across clearly. For me, one of the biggest benefits is that it’s like having a second pair of eyes, which is especially useful when I’m writing longer pieces or anything that needs to sound polished and professional.
It’s also helpful for improving consistency in things like spelling (especially with British vs. American English) and even stylistic choices, like when to use Oxford commas, which can vary depending on the context.

The refined language along with the sentiment analysis is game changer. It also generates powerful messaging which is very useful in corporate communications

I use Grammarly for every email I write, every document I work on, and even this review I am currently typing. It greatly improves my grammar.

At times, it can be a bit too wordy, but that's not a major issue.

I like that Grammarly seamlessly works on my Google Chrome browser, allowing me to check my grammar and spelling across various sites without needing to open a separate browser or tab. I can also turn it off temporarily if I don't want to use it. It's very easy to set up; I signed up and was able to start using it right away and customize how I want it to be used on different sites. Additionally, Grammarly is helpful when I am looking for a stronger word, more professional language, or a better tone.

There are certain features that require a paid subscription to access. In order to get certain levels of language suggestions, you have to have the paid subscription.
