What do you like best about the product?
I mainly care about getting the right data at the right time. This tool helps by making sure files are delivered without needing reminders or manual follow-ups. Once things are set, I don’t have to worry about whether reports or payment files were sent or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not something you can pick up instantly if you are from a finance background. I had to rely on the IT team in the beginning to understand how things are configured. Also, the layout could be simpler for non-technical users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There used to be situations where files didn’t reach on time, which affected reconciliation work. Now, the process is more dependable and I don’t need to chase updates. It has made daily tasks smoother and reduced unnecessary communication between teams.
