What do you like best about the product?
We work with several layers, including pre_Src, Source, staging, unification, and the golden layer. At the end, there is also an Audience layer where we can create segments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The audience layer only shows email addresses after I create a segment. I should be able to view more attributes as well, not just emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our scenario, Treasure Data helps us bring in data from various sources, transform it through to the final layer, and then create business-specific segments.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrates data from multiple channels seamlessly, almost realtime for web activities. Provides activation and segmentation flows makes marketing operations job easy while giving 360 view of the profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Journey builder needs some maturity to make it easy to use for general users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combine account data from Salesforce instances B2B and B2C and provide unified view and enrich it further with web activity for realtime segments and activation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Treasure Data Customer Data Platform unifies my customers' data in one place. This allows me to easily view each customer's history and helps to segment audiences and personalize experiences in real time. I find this ability to unify data valuable, as it enhances personalization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be simpler for beginners and have a more intuitive interface. At first, it was a bit difficult to set up.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Treasure Data CDP is how it brings all customer data together in one place and makes it usable across teams. The platform is very flexible, handles large volumes of data well, and integrates easily with other tools. It helps turn raw data into actionable insights, enabling better personalization and more informed business decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that the platform can feel complex at first and has a steep learning curve, especially for non-technical users. Some advanced features require technical expertise to fully leverage, and the user interface could be more intuitive in certain areas.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the unified data view, ease of integration, and advanced analytics features of Treasure Data Customer Data Platform. I appreciate how it creates a comprehensive view of each customer by unifying data from various sources like CRM systems, social media, and websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Treasure Data Customer Data Platform has a steep learning curve, which doesn't work well for our team. A new user may find the platform complex and require time to understand all the features and functionalities. The initial setup was complex as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Treasure Data Customer Data Platform to resolve data silos, inconsistent data, and a lack of customer insights, providing a unified data view and advanced analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Treasure data CDP is a great product having all the necessary capabilities to support customers personalization needs . More than 250+ out of the box connectors make the integration faster , the audience studio is the isolated from data workbench which makes it easier for marketers to create the segments and activate it without depending much on the IT team . From support standpoint the response is quick and all CSMs like Andrew Smith , Amy , Cole are super helpful solving customer problems round the globe.

Treasure Data profile API refresh is having scope for improvements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer had challenges to create a customer 360 , create hyperpersonlized touchpoint or measure the marketing KPI . Treasure Data's robust ID resolution helped solving the problems along with implementing some key capability like NBA , NBT for increase cross sale , increase customer base.

What do you like best about the product?
- TD provides real time reporting with a very intuitive UI which gives the marketeers to make marketing decisions easily and without spending too much time
- Data governance rules & GDPR compatibility is a huge advantage especially if you are working in a company in Europe like my company (Electronics HQ in Europe)
- We have recently got the hold of different integration possibilities very easily such as Qualtrics (survey platform for CRM) which has quickly become a benefit to us

- Customer technical service can be optimized by placing more technical colleagues who could get back to the clients with less delay & more satisfying answers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social data activation has immensley helped my companies' paid media campaign strategy and choose our campaign audiences more wisely which has always been a big problem for us. This really has started to change the game for us & we will even rely on that more in the near future. Also doing segmentation from a CDP platform like TD gave us better emailing strategy which we (as a company) tackle with AWS easily

What do you like best about the product?
Your adaptability and continued work towards building the most complete product for your customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like some more transparency in customer data, something like a data catalogue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The CDP from TD is solving our Golden record for customers which is much needed. At the same time it provides is the much needed insights into future elections from our customers via NBA models, something that we use to target customers on the Road and future revenue generating oppurtunities.
