Working with Postman has made creating and testing APIs a breeze.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to structure specific calls to make testing a full API suite easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I've not found anything I dislike about Postman.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Postman has made it easy for me to mock API calls without setting up a full framework. It's also helped me organize a group of network requests so that I can easily test things in the future.

Take advantage of this wonderful piece of software. It can make your life easier.
Postman is probably the best tool out there to test various APIs and workflows
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to use, intuitive and has all the options and whistles you can ask for for a API management tool. You can use it to work on APIs working across multiple environments, external sources. You can use to integrate end to end workflows to drive your applications using APIs and not relying on your developers to help you identify the potential issues with the API design.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about Postman.Initially it may seem daunting to a first time but over time you will feel comfortable enough to explore all its powers. This easily is the most mature API management tool that I have used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use postman to design, test and automate APIs and API driven workflows. The best benefit is that you don't have to rely on any technical person to help you understand the workflows for APIs, its all just intuitive you can see API calls and their resources and see entire workflows running in front of your eyes using APIs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go ahead use it.. you will not be wrong about using it over any other REST API tool

I sincerely couldn't find anything that might be treated as a dislike in regards to this software.

Posting documentation. Testing API. Working inside multiple applications with API.

I recommend using built-in lessons that advise how to use different features inside Postman.

I use it for javascript development and its perfect for me to simulate the system

Some time i am struggling to save the requests, i dont realize if i update a request or not

It is very simple and intuitive, its software is absolutely friendly, and your interface y very nice. we love postman. and the good news it is free

in this moment I haven't any bad comments about this software. I'll test more and more to find any issue and report it

I can use my web services and testing it's very easy, and the most wonderful is that I can keep every log. And another thing is that when I used this app the test for my API more effective.

What do you like best about the product?
Postman is the best tool to use for API testing and test case generation. It is great to generate code for specific language.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though It is best tool for REST API testing, the most basic thing I do not like about postman is that it does not have support for SOAP APIs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I usually use postman for testing REST API and generation of test cases for microservices. It is also includes a better option to create postman collections which can be used for automation test cases
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would suggest, use post man only if you are working on REST specific apis. There are many features in postman and you should definitely check postman's documentation as there will be easier way to achieve the task you will we trying to accomplish.

I like how easy is to work with CIsco Meraki devices

I would say probably the GUI is not prettier.

I can do a different task, like creating networks, deleting users, etc in my Meraki Dashboard

What do you like best about the product?
Now i am ust to postman the i really think the ease of user interface is so helpful also access to your work anywhere making life so much easier as you can save collections of calls which makes it possible to reuse work across multiple projects rather than having to rewrite everytime you do a project with similar requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
When i first started using postman it took a little while to get around but after looking online and finding helpful respources by the commitity i have found that thinks have gotten better. the progream get a little sluggish on older devices but I'd recommend you just use a fair spec pc or device to prevent any lagging of any sort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As clients have a lot of different requirements, without postman i would be required to write the code before hand to do test API calls. But with Postman this is not the case i can create a number of different test cases and reuse them across a number of projects not only this but i can share them across my team to reduce the overall time they are spending on similar tasks

If your looking for a tool to make tasks easier then this is the tool for you. Over the years it's only got better and can't wait to see where this program is going. not only has it increated company production by over 200% it has helped in knowledge shareing across the whole team.
