Test your API's
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is my only destination for testing my different APIs for my integration purposes. We need to type a few characters for the Headers, and we get the correct suggestion which makes our testing fast.The body format can be changed by just a single click.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not an ideal tool for testing SOAP APIs. Apart from that, i like the tool very much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Postman is solving is saving a lot of time while testing various APIs. The UI is also great, with all the details needed for testing.
Easy to use, simple yet very powerful
What do you like best about the product?
We currently use postman to test the hundreds of APIs we have with our ERP (PLEX). We have found postman to be a crucial part of our analysis prior to developing an application since it allows us to review input/outputs for HTTP Calls
What do you dislike about the product?
Basically, for the use we have with this application, I cannot recall anything I dislike about it. It is so easy to use and allows for cloud sync so that you can work on the go; Postman will save your collections, APIs, Environments, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Postman is solving for us API testing before developing an application; this is especially helpful in figuring out the resources needed to create projects that need to function as RESTful web applications.

What do you like best about the product?
Postman is one of the best in market products for testing newly developed apis. Heavily relied on Postman for this purpose. It has many features like adding authorisation headers

No complaints. One of the best tool I've used

Good option for API testing and development
What do you like best about the product?
We can save our workspace and share it among our fellow employees. All the options are clearly visible in the menu, with simple UI and more handy features like documentation we can easily maintain with this.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no such dislikes which I'd found in this software. I found some difficulties while using the collections feature of the Postman. Else things were fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our organization, we used this software for API development, maintaining documentation for our list of APIs and used it to validate the results as on the live server.,
Powerful tool to evaluate and tests our scenarios and speed up developments
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the option to save my collections and navigate public collections to speed up any development and learn from mapped services. It's also great for the feature for variables, it's a fantastic way to test among different sandboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have it, but sometimes I get lost between my public and private collections and where I am editing. But I guess this only happens because usually I only had contact with this tool during the early stages of the project to validate some API usage and logic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Postman is accelerating the learning curve of new API integrations like okta, Microsoft, and Autodesk. With several collections of APIs mapped and Variables, it's easy to test and validate customers' scenarios before spending some time implementing them.
Postman A Perfect API calling Platform
What do you like best about the product?
We can easily test REST API in postman. We can set the environment for collection. Using the environment we can easily manage authentication and global variables.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version is limited to a single developer if we need to contribute to the same project then need to purchase a paid plan. The autosave function not working. Sometimes we lost data which we not saved by clicking the "Save" Button.

Using postman we can easily test and check any REST API. This is the best option to test REST API. It really solved API sharing and testing problems. Using postman a developer can same many times.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the collections features for bundling the APIs, which helps in creating APIs and keeping it organized for easy access. It has a very good UI and user-friendly user interface and is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The developers should come up with a lighter version of itself having features which are most used so that it can be used in fewer memory systems freely. It is free, so there is nothing to dislike.

Postman is solving the basic problem of API development and testing and easy access of our API collections. Also it is solving problems faced while working in a team by providing various features.

Postman is an excellent software to debug API endpoints. The best part is that you can import web calls by pasting raw text or uploading a file.

Maintaining collections in Postman is sometimes painful

What do you like best about the product?
Best tool to Create perform and test API operations. Very easy to Use and Play with API.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reusability of scripts is not supported, For every project new scripts needs to be prepared which increases the time complexity and amount of re-work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With best and simplest UI , it allows easy creating understanding and playing around that APIs , It provides good collaboration in API building.
