Incredibly helpful tool for scaling sales teams; CS team goes above and beyond
What do you like best about the product?
Cacheflow is an easy-to-use proposal software that has enabled our sales team to create their own proposals, cutting out manual processes. The platform syncs well with Salesforce and still allows us to do reporting from Salesforce (one of our requirements). Implementation was easy and the team was very hands-on. In addition, the customer success team is extremely responsive whenever they are tapped for help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, Cacheflow is a great tool. The only problems we've had have been limited functionality regarding having a specific end date vs. a start date and contract length. Although, the team has fixed this and will be releasing a new version of Cacheflow to support this and other features that will make it even more useful to our sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Cacheflow, we had the sales team asking an individual to create proposals. With Cacheflow we now can save that person's time and also have the team create their own proposals. The approvals process also makes us more efficient.
Easy to implement and use, creates great efficiency, and the team is fantastic to work with.
What do you like best about the product?

- Easy CRM integration and great features that come with it
- The team is incredibly supportive and great at handling feature requests
- System was easy to rollout out and gain adoption from my team
- Customers appreciate the ease of use as well

What do you dislike about the product?
- Nothing that hasn't been addressed by feature requests
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous solution was inefficient, hard to adopt, not customizable, and very hard to work with. We could not send proposals to prospects, track deals, or get signatures quickly and easily.
Saved upwards of an an hour a day by moving to CacheFlow
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to for my team to pick up and easier to get customers signed on to our platform
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was better reporting available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, I was spending hours a day writing up proposals for my team to send out. Now, they can easily get an approvla out so our closing time has dropped significantly
You Can Get Things Done with CacheFlow
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and highly customizable. Easy integrations with other platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, there could be easy way of adding different currency options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cacheflow is solving our CPQ, Proposal, Subscription Billing, and E-Signature problems
Early adopter and pleased so far
What do you like best about the product?
My role involves pricing and proposals in the software component sector. We are not strictly SaaS but have complex sales models including volume and term based pricing with graduated tiers, renewal discounts, different payment windows and terms as well as perpetual and subscription products. Showing pricing over multi-year windows for enterprise teams with various bolt ons is difficult and Cacheflow has helped to simplify this. Whilst we are an early adopter, they have worked hard to implement new features and within a few months my team was able to land a contract with TCV well into the 6 figure range. The support has been very good and the team responsive. We currently use the platform for our more complex products but are aiming to move over to it in it's entirety once we have finalised integration, which will require some custom work on our end. The product has a learning curve, but with the support from the Cacheflow staff it was been easy to get up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are early adopters so there were some features that we needed not present yet. I have to write something here for G2 to publish so this isn't really a negative but the lack of features initially wasn't great, but they promised to deliver and they did. We're only waiting on one more feature which is to pay in one lump sum for multi-year contracts. I'm sure they'll have it done soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cacheflow makes it easier to display complex pricing models and to update them on the fly. In our sector we have multi-year licensing based on users with various compounding discounts, adding in new users can be complex and the calculations frustrating. Cacheflow made it easy once we got it set up.
Streamlined CPQ Excellence with CacheFlow
What do you like best about the product?
We are in the process of moving our organization's CPQ processes from Chargebee and Hubspot to CacheFlow, and the results have been great. CacheFlow has emerged as a comprehensive and efficient CPQ portal that has significantly elevated our quoting and pricing operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the product is fairly new, we need to wait for certain parts of the product to be fully developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cacheflow is helping is streamline quoting, order form creation and invoicing. Revenue reporting is another issue that we had and was being done on sheets.
If you're not using this, then you're doing too much work
What do you like best about the product?
Cacheflow is AWESOME for combining proposal generation, contract signatures, subscription management, and renewal / upsells. To complete all of these actions it used to take us 3 different systems, that didnt integrate right, and took myself hours of time scrubbing everything to make sure it was all synced. Their team is very responsive, they are building crazy fast, and I'm happy to be riding the Cacheflow train. If you're reading this, stop being dumb and just buy it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a earlier SaaS company. The roadmap is long, nothing in software is every perfect- but neither is your iPhone and you paid 1k for it anyway. This product solves a serious need for sales orgs and they are going to be the de facto solution that you wish you had already bought.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its replacing the multiple, non-integrated, solutions we used previously to quote customers, capture signature, initiate subscription, and continually modify subscriptions. This product is the best end to end solution I found. The other available options would only do parts of the full cycle or they were so wildly expensive for limited value that it wasnt worth considering.
Provide design flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
Cacheflow is a new company that works closely with its customers to develop essential features. Their product and customer success team stands out always striving for improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels a bit outdated and not particularly user friendly. It is a little confusing to navigate for newcomers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cacheflow solves the problem of creating quotes enabling us to close deals more rapidly. Its user friendly platform simplifies the quote creation process. Facilitates sales cycles.
Seamless experience and fits in well with our sales process
What do you like best about the product?
Before Cacheflow, our deal volume was growing faster than our old tech stack could keep up with. With new products, pricing, and AE's being added, we needed a tool to shorten our quote-to-cash time, while also using guard-rails to ensure quote accuracy. Now our team delivers complex quotes in just a few clicks, and our customers close and pay faster too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation time took longer, since our AEs were a lot more comfortable with the existing tech stack, but the Cacheflow team was super supportive in making it happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamlessly enabling quote to payment collection. The way Cacheflow stores information is in the form of a database, making it relevant for revenue ops purposes as well.
Quote to Cash with fast time to value
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that our company can generate professional pricing proposals! It was easy to build our product book, connect our bank account for immediate payment, and integrate Cacheflow with our existing tools like DocuSign.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a newer solution, so there are still a few minor kinks to work out but their product and customer success team is all over it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlines our quoting process and gives me time back in my day. The proposal is very professional, and they are straightforward to generate quickly. The ability to collect payment on the same day has been game-changing!
