Comprehensive all-in-one CRM, though the initial setup requires some effort.
What do you like best about the product?
What I value most about HubSpot CRM is its intuitive, user-friendly design—even for those without a technical background. I use it daily to track client interactions, manage pipelines, and facilitate smooth handoffs between teams. Having the ability to log calls, emails, and notes all in one place keeps me organized and provides a clear view of each client’s journey. The customizable dashboards and reporting features also make it easy to track my progress and stay focused on what matters most.
What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot is an excellent tool overall, I did find some limitations in terms of deeper customization—like adjusting colors or pipeline formats. That said, it’s a minor issue, and it’s possible there are ways to customize these aspects that I simply haven’t explored yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, my experience with HubSpot CRM has been very positive. , I rely on it daily to manage client interactions and monitor each stage of the onboarding process. Its intuitive design made the learning curve minimal and helps maintain clear communication across teams, especially when working with Sales and Account Managers. Although automation and advanced reporting features are somewhat limited unless you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, HubSpot remains a dependable and efficient tool for keeping workflows organized and ensuring clients receive excellent support. It has significantly improved the smoothness of my daily operations.

Allows you to follow the journey of the life of a customer

Its a lot to learn, it takes a little bit of trial and error to get comfortable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows everyone who needs to be able to see the customers journey from contact to enrollment and all phases after.
Great experience on the free plan and we are upgrading in May!

Best in the constant chaos of billing and collect payments.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use with your multiple items production. The best part is the support, they are readily available for your help. In my everyday use I got dependent on the software and which is a good part when it comes to managing your tasks.

high pricing compared to other similar software providing same features.

Reduces time and efforts than other softwares and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
They continuously introduce new features that not only enhance its necessity but also make it an enjoyable tool to use. The platform is very user-friendly, making it easy to add items or services. Whenever I have questions or concerns, their support team responds quickly, making implementation seamless.

There is nothing much to dislike. there are some things but they keep improving.

Simple to Use- Beneficial in Growth
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot commerce is tremendously intuitive. It is very easy to use and add items or services. Any time I have had questions for concerns they are quick to help me and make implementing a breeze. I use it in every day business operations and was able to integrate it with their help to set my business up with long term success. They continue to add new features that make it something I not only need to use but something I want to use. I can't imagine growing my business without Hubspot commerce and the hubspot team
What do you dislike about the product?
There is honestly not much on this list. Sometimes the knowledge base is tricky to get answers in but even that is improving often and in huge ways
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes quickly building a custom quote for each of my clients simple and straight forward. I can create long term subscription contracts or one off jobs. The system is versatile and easy to use so I grow my business my way.
Hubspot Does Alot
What do you like best about the product?
This manages everyhing for sales cycle. Automates all the repetitive tasks and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside may be the learning curve to fully utilize the capabilities. Also, it is difficult to delete or edit certain fields .

It creates workflows to automate the entire process and cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
I was there when they split commerce hub out from sales hub, and it just made sense. The ability to integrate your recurring sales into your overall CRM is so helpful vs. using third-party apps. Very easy to use, and no extra implemnetation it came already built in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I remember, as it was a pre-exisitng hub that was built into sales hub, then became it's own hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of times folks are using a great app like Stripe, but it is only allowing you to make transactions, not allowing you to have a deeper dive into your customer profile. managing transactions within the CRM allwos you to dot hat.
