What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Commerce Hub provides strong visibility into revenue data directly within the CRM. It simplifies revenue tracking, supports better reporting, and keeps sales and finance aligned in one system. The integration with HubSpot CRM reduces manual work and improves accuracy across forecasting and revenue management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reporting and customization options are limited compared to more specialised finance tools. Certain workflows require workarounds, and deeper financial reporting often needs external integrations. Pricing can also increase as usage scales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Commerce Hub solves the problem of fragmented revenue and deal data by centralising it within the CRM. It improves revenue visibility, reduces reconciliation effort, and enables more accurate tracking of sales performance. This benefits us by saving time, improving data consistency, and supporting better decision-making across sales and finance teams

I like that HubSpot Commerce Hub centralizes emails in one place, which makes tracking easier and prevents the loss of important information. I found that the initial setup was super easy and intuitive. Additionally, I find it valuable because having all communications on one platform improves tracking, reduces errors, and saves time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Offer more options for organizing and filtering emails. Perhaps a more agile interface to quickly find specific conversations.

The main drawback is that some advanced billing and customization features are still limited compared to dedicated finance or accounting tools.

I like how HubSpot Commerce Hub saves a lot of time since we don't have to create quotes on a separate platform. I also appreciate that all of the information we need is in one place, which makes things more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Commerce Hub is very easy to configure and self-explanatory. It's easy to navigate and find any app option that I need. I also find it interesting to track outcomes after sending my email campaign, and I'm able to monitor specific KPIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, there is a limitation that sometimes, people can unsubscribe from email campaigns. And I cannot send them a message again. But this is pretty understandable. Since we don't want to spam our potential customers or users. But I was wondering if we can figure out another way to reach out to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Commerce Hub for bulk mailing. It lets me send a lot of emails at once, reaching many people efficiently, and ensures my messages aren't spammy so they don't end up in the trash.
Highly Customizable, Boosts Email Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I like how accessible and customizable HubSpot Commerce Hub is. I was able to edit templates for emails as needed and create new email templates, which helps cut down the time used when I have to send email follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how HubSpot Commerce Hub will consistently log me out. Then I have to re-login, and it doesn't always update the templates when this happens.

I use HubSpot Commerce Hub to ensure I send the right info to advertisers and printers, using email templates to fill in details automatically. It helps me not forget info and saves time with customizable templates.

I really like how everything is in one place. It saves time not having to jump between tools, especially when dealing with payments and customer info.

I think there’s room for improvement around customization and advanced reporting, particularly for more complex use cases.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to connect to any other tool. Makes it easy to automate and create workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes not very intuitive and too many clicks to do anything. It's a great solution but I am sure 2026 can offer better solutions
