What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Commerce Hub is very intuitive to use. It gives me all the details about our clients such as their address, phone number, email, and updates on their behavior. For example, it lets me know if they booked or canceled an appointment or if they didn’t show up. These features help me get in touch with clients via email and allow me to track their payments, behavior, and the services they use.

I like how HubSpot Commerce Hub unifies CRM, quoting, invoicing, and payments in one system. The automation, real-time revenue visibility, and ease of use significantly reduce manual work and improve sales efficiency. CRM integration is the foundation, as Commerce Hub is natively connected to the HubSpot CRM, syncing quotes, invoices, payments, and deal updates automatically, which eliminates duplicate data entry and ensures accurate, real-time records. Quoting is faster and more reliable with professional quotes generated directly from deal data, reducing errors and shortening the sales cycle. Invoicing and payments simplify the transition from closing a deal to collecting revenue with automated invoices and integrated payment collection, providing a smoother, more professional checkout experience. Automation removes repetitive manual work, saving time and reducing human error. Real-time revenue visibility is a major advantage, supporting better forecasting and decision-making. What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features require higher-tier plans, payment gateway options are limited for certain regions, and deeper customization and commerce-specific reporting would improve the experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows me to manage automated emails all in one place. I like the ability to make quick edits as I receive feedback from stakeholders, and it doesn’t affect the workflow. I also like the data insights I can see for click rates, open rates, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t think of anything I dislike about Hubspot Commerce Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Commerce Hub allows us to see which campaigns are effective, and we can allocate resources accordingly. We can make data-driven decisions, and also share that information succinctly with executives.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how I'm able to build branded quotes and proposals quickly with HubSpot Commerce Hub. It gives me full visibility into them, even if the sales team is primarily using it. Also, working with recurring bills and payments, especially for products on monthly subscriptions, is much easier. It offers a full view and acts as a single source of truth for visibility into revenue, which is very beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that some advanced options still feel pretty basic, and I don't get why there's an extra payment for that. Also, I would like a bit more customization around the quote templates.

HubSpot Commerce Hub helps manage everything post-deal, like codes, invoices, and subscriptions, creating a single source of truth. It simplifies managing payments and gives visibility into revenue with less manual work.
